Eh, more pins, especially in the face and forehead, more open fleshy wounds maybe one around the eye brow... less blood. Cenobites bled out a long time ago. They are treading on thin ice here...

This is stupid shit. If you can't recreate it right leave it the hell alone. For this to be coming from Clive Barker the originator of "Hellraiser" is seriously disappointing. Pinhead is an icon and this is just simply a shot in the face of horror fans.

Pinhead Test Footage

when longtime HELLRAISER series makeup FX artist Gary J. Tunnicliffe learned that a remake of the 1987 Clive Barker classic was in the works, he grew pretty excited. However, some of this excitement turned to fear when he was told that the producers’ plans were for a very “different” take on the mythology and a very “different” Pinhead.
