i think this will be another spectacular movie this year...and i can't wait to see this movie...fantastic special effects...and i think this will become 1 of my fav movie this year..just like michael's bay transformers..

mmmmm looks o.k a bit long and slow by times but looks also damn interesting. Nicole Kidman is truly misscast in this film i my opinion. at least thid film looks way better then that Narnia religious crap

The Golden Compass
Trailer

The first movie based on the bestselling Philip Pullman novels. The "His Dark Materials" trilogy is comprised of "The Golden Compass," "The Subtle Knife" and "The Amber Spyglass". It revolves around a young girl who travels to the far north to save her best friend. Along the way she encounters shape-shifting creatures, witches, and a variety of otherworldly characters in parallel universes.
