Uwe Boll’s ‘Bloodrayne: The Third Reich’ and ‘Blubarella’ Trailers

The controversial German director uses the same cast and the same setting in these two very different movies.

Two new trailers for upcoming Uwe Boll movies Bloodrayne: The Third Reich and Blubarella have just hit the Internet. Click below to watch footage from these upcoming projects, which are both being shopped at the American Film Market, and don't have release dates set at this time:

Both projects seem to be set in the same timeframe - World War II Germany - as well as share many of the same actors, some of which also appear in a third upcoming Uwe Boll project based in World War II Germany, Auschwitz. You can Click Here! to watch the trailer for that gruesome authentic retelling of Nazi gas chamber torture, which also doesn't have a release date yet. It seems Uwe Boll may have tried to make all three movies for the price of one, even going as far as to us the same characters in some instances. And yes, that is Clint Howard playing it straight in Bloodrayne: The Third Reich, and then doing his best Benny Hill impersonation, albeit without a wardrobe change, in Blubarella. Astounding!

We'll be sure to keep you posted with any further details regarding Blubarella, Bloodrayne: The Third Reich and Auschwitz as soon as more information is available.

Bloodrayne: The Third Reich was released July 5th, 2011 and stars Clint Howard, Natassia Malthe, Brendan Fletcher, Michael Paré, Willam Belli, Annett Culp, Vjekoslav Katusin, Steffen Mennekes. The film is directed by Uwe Boll.

Blubberella was released in 2011 and stars Michael Paré, Lindsay Hollister. The film is directed by Uwe Boll.

Auschwitz was released in 2011 and stars Steffen Mennekes, Arved Birnbaum, Maximilian Gärtner, Friedhelm Gärtner, Uwe Boll, Nik Goldman, Harold Levy, Alexis Wawerka. The film is directed by Uwe Boll.

@wonderwomyn74 I agree. However, for some reason I don't mind these movies TERRIBLY. I mean, the first one, for an Uwe Boll film, was actually pretty decent. I wish it would've stuck to the games' storyline, but oh well. It was fun for what it was. I only liked Deliverance because it was so awful I laughed in it. This one looks like it'll be good, but I can't f*cking BELIEVE they changed her hair. Black with a red streak? Are you KIDDING?

@marrator. i said it. i wasn't talking about these films, i was talking about his previous films. he's cast people like jason statham, michelle rodriguez, christian slater, burt reynolds, tara reid, stephen dorff, ron pearlman, ray liotta, jurgen prochnow, matthew lillard, etc etc in his movies. now these might not all be exactly a-listers, but they are all name actors that could do a lot better than being in his movies. that was my initial point. i can see that there are no a-listers in these 2 trailers. i just dont understand why these people want to be in his films when they all consistantly suck.

I remember what Uwe said long ago about him stopping, that it would take a million signatures.

this article is promoting his two latest films.

How does he keep getting money to fund this crap? And more importantly, why is he still breathing? People should be hung after a certain amount of crap films, and Mr. Boll has certainly surpassed his limit.

Who said there were A-listers in this cast? Lol. Boll only ever gets B-listers to D-listers. As for the trailers. Again, they're Uwe Boll.

He gets his funding from Germany, apparently they actually enjoy his films.
In the Name of the King and Alone in the Dark I enjoyed.

Not enough people signed the petition to make him stop, it's still there though. So sign it before he does a fourth installment of Bloodrayne.

I wouldn't mind to see the Bloodrayne films rebooted.

worst director ever. the really funny thing to me is how he always gets a-list actors in his movies. thats something i've never understood. the whole world knows that this guys movies suck, yet big name actors still sign on to do his films. wtf??
**note** i did like ONE of his movies. i think it was called 'in the name of the king' or something like that. that movie was decent.
