Video game site Joystiq recently spoke with Uncharted 3 video game director Justin Richmond, who gave more details on the upcoming David O. Russell adaptation Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.

We reported earlier this month from a Los Angeles Times interview with David O. Russell that the movie would involve a family aspect, with Nathan Drake and his entire clan fighting for justice. Apparently, Russell debunked his own quotes shortly thereafter:

"First of all, all that stuff was denied by David O. Russell. He actually called us up and was like, 'I don't know what these guys are talking about.'"

Richmond also revealed that Mark Wahlberg isn't confirmed to star as Nathan Drake either, despite a report last month that he was signed onto this video game adaptation.
