Lol, okay.
@xenon56 "The rating system now is horrible and gay."
The rating system is gay? Does it mean we should exterminate it then? If not, in the next few years we run the risk of having a negro rating system.

Yannick Decorte wrote a comment about the news item Taylor Lautner Joins Grown Ups 2
@superman81 Edward is supposed to be like that, at least in the first four films. He's in constant pain because his girlfriend is human, he has to resist not killing her, that's why they have trouble kissing in the first two movies. In the third movie, he says being around her is easier since he thought she had died in the second film and started acting a little more naturally. Hopefully we see in their interactions in the final film that they're a lot more natural. Also, I believe at least in the first film that the vampires were meant to be exaggerated. The first time I saw it I thought it was clear as day Catherine Hardwicke took inspiration from the old expressionist vampire movies in how some of the younger vampires acted (like Jasper, who wasn't as used to being around humans as the others).

Wow, super low-concept. Still, great cast (even from Halloween Resurrection, I could tell Luke Kirby was an interesting actor. I'm glad to see him in this).
Yannick Decorte wrote a comment about the news item Taylor Lautner Joins Grown Ups 2
I like Twilight but the problem with Lautner is he's just not a good actor, at least not yet. He needs to work a lot more on his acting before being more than a muscular body. You don't see Taylor Lautner acting in a David Cronenberg film because the material he's given in Twilight is already too much for him to handle. For Pattinson and Stewart, Twilight is a walk in the park.
Does it mean it won't be produced by the Akkad family? That would be huge news if that were the case, but I doubt Malek Akkad would let that happen to his father's legacy.
The movie was successful because of Daniel Radcliffe. Without him, doing a sequel makes no sense.

(For everyone trying to defend this, know that you're not supposed to be paying a movie ticket to see this kind of things. That's a special feature, not a theater experience. They're just trying to cash in on the fans while they're still fresh and numerous.)

I do see a part of her in this project; greediness.
It's still a nice movie, even if cliche-ridden.

Cool; pretty original, high concept idea for a comedy. I'll see it.
Yannick Decorte wrote a comment about the news item Total Recall Trailer!
This surprisingly looks very much like a 90s science-fiction film rather than a 2012 blockbuster! Looks great.

The problem is, guys, this films is going to be released in freaking AUGUST. I'd be surprised if it didn't bomb considering its $200 million budget and too-sci-fi-for-mainstream plot.
This guy is completely right to sue. From Bob Van Ronkel to ROB Van RUNKEL? It's like to the rest of the industry, this guy didn't even work on the film. I know you guys think the movie sucks but this credit could mean a lot for this guy's career, it's still important experience and a lot of his time and efforts.
Yannick Decorte wrote a comment about the news item Marvel's The Avengers Head Count TV Spot
I'm gonna get beat up for this, but I'm much more excited for this than for The Dark Knight Rises. I know TDKR will be remembered longer and as the better movie, but people feel that way about TDK and I didn't think it was deserved at all. Then again, I'm not a comic-book fan, so what pleases or pisses them off will always be a mystery to me.

The Avengers looks great visually, witty, bad-ass, and I trust Joss Whedon to have put some good character scenes in there. I don't see what TDKR is doing that's supposed to be special, but I loved Inception, so maybe TDKR will be better than TDK for me and I just don't know it yet.
Honestly guys, no matter how bad this could turn out to be as a film, would you really say no to a comedy with Schwarzenegger, Danny DeVito and Eddie Murphy... ? Really?
Glad to see Chace Crawford in a movie (he got cast in the title role of Footloose, but when the director changed midway through pre-production, he couldn't arrange his schedule on Gossip Girl anymore), but... eh... it's probably going to be a crappy movie. At least he plays opposite Anna Kendrick so he might be in the best scenes of the film.

"The heavy action role of Lancelot requires a lot of prep and training, which conflicted with the actors timeline."

Colin Farrell has Facebook? :O
Yannick Decorte wrote a comment about the news item Second Step Up: Revolution Trailer
I liked Step Up 3D, but this looks horrible. I see no improvement in the dance sequences, while the quality of the dialogue, cinematography and story has seriously degraded. And to top it all off, Peter Gallagher chose THIS movie? Why Peter, why?
