It's kind of a toss-up between Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana. They both had bang-up years. I've known for a long time that Saldana would eventually be an A-list star, but Worthington just seemed to come out of nowhere and suddenly he's everywhere. He's great looking, sexy and talented. He completely stole the Terminator movie out from under Christian Bale and made it watchable.

While I love Depp and Clooney, this may be the most miscast movie in the last couple of decades. I just don't see it working. For one thing... Clooney in a western ? He is the most urbane actor out there these days, reminiscent of Cary Grant. Not the Western type. Depp can pretty much do anything and I know there is some Native American in his ancestry, but I know there are many Native American actors out there who would be a better fit for this role.
