i just realized this comes out 4th of July weekend, that is going to have a huge impact on its box office. i can see this doing way better then most are expecting right now.

@hijo325 thank u. y does everyone need realism in superhero films. Nolans films are great but they suck in that we will never see clayface, mr freeze, poison ivy, killer croc or an actual lazarus pit they does what a lazarus pit should do. Yeah Ras Al Ghul was in the first but he didn't have the immortal quality he was supposed to have.

sorry random rant about that. anyway this spider-man looks sweet, a little too much night time if u ask me, but they are probably just trying to differentiate from the first films which took part mostly during the day.

its cool and all, but it isn't how it happens in the comics. they should do the same way as the comic, Carl shoots Shane in the neck for threatening Rick.

I know it is super early but i like to speculate. villain for the second movie? i'm going with Electro or Green Goblin. we won't see Doc Ock or Sandman in this franchise, but there is enough fan support for Venom again since he wasn't done right in the first place. and Green Goblin is THE big bad for spider-man so he will show up again, just a matter of when.

So TheCW the same network that had Smallville, that had Green Arrow on it, that also had a very devoted fan base that wanted a Green Arrow spin-off show is now getting this....

From reading the character descriptions this sounds like it will be One Tree Hill with a superhero twist. A lot of rich white kids with love issues.

I haven't commented on here in months, but that was too awesome for me to not say something. so f*cking hyped now. i'm going to proceed to watch all three extended LOTR's films now.

@jonspidey07 dude i know what u mean. it is such a bitter sweet feeling. I was so excited to see the movie and the franchise come to its conclusion, but at the same time Harry Potter is finally over and its kind of sad.

great movie by the way, she better write some more books in this universe.

@yannick-decorte sorry man but what r u talking about? it is about WWII and an experiment to create a super soldier. they show that it took a scrawny teenage and turned him into the peek of what a human and become, and they chose him due to his character and that he is a good man. that is all directly from this trailer. he then fights Nazi and their secret Hydra organization, and all from the trailer. i think it is pretty clear what this is about, u just weren't paying attention. and GL's CGI sucked, and that movie sucked too.

@yannick-decorte i think u miss my point slightly. it works because Stephanie Meyer wanted it to work, that is how she wrote it. she wrote it so there were guys with their shirts off. my point is if ur creating a universe and writing w/e u want, then yeah u can justify w/e u want then. she could have just as easily made them have normal body temperatures, and if the tearing shirts in the transformation thing is reason enough for them to take off their shirts, then y don't they get naked. i mean if their going to take off their shirts to not ruin them then it would be logical to take off their pants too, but they probably know they couldn't get away with that, so they do what they can, which is take off their shirts.

and i would argue that it is dumb and pointless for action starts to take off their shirts too.

@yannick-decorte the whole body temperature things being the reason for y they take their shirts off is stupid and a lame excuse. the temperature thing is put in there so that they can have their shirts of justifiably, there is no real need for it other than to make young girls swoon. If i wrote a story in which women were constantly getting undressed, but said it was because they had sensitive skin and clothing bugged them, than yeah i would have written a reason into the story for having naked chicks, wouldn't make the naked chicks any less pointless.

and these movies are sh*t.

@thedude1 totally respect ur opinion too, everyone is entitled to feel w/e they want. i guess we got to agree to disagree. i've totally enjoyed all his stuff so far and am really excited for this movie too.
