I thought this movie was great. Even though, I knew the outcome of the story I enjoyed all two and half hours of this film.
Great acting too.

I'll be first in line to see Indiana Jones 4. I think the trilogy is just amazing. In fact, I recently rewatched some of the films and realized just how great they are.
By the way, never doubt Harrison Ford. No matter how old he is. |

I really enjoyed this film, despite the fact that it's kind of lenghty. I really enjoyed it.
However, I don't think this would be in my top 10. In fact, I have seen several westerns that are better than this one. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, in my opinion, at least deserves a top 50 if not better. |

Oh please no!
I personally love Ace Ventura. I think Jim Carrey is just hilarious, escpecially in Pet Detective. Just by reading the description of this film, I get this image of another "Son of Mask". Whoever, is making this movie, please put an end to this now. If you are going to spend all of this money and time making a B movie about Ace Ventura's son, just make it into a mid-day children's cartoon and put it on the PAX channel - so nobody ever has to watch it! |

I'm not too sure, I'm going to work. It just looks a little too far out. Perhaps, it's one of those stories that works in comic books but, not in film.
I could certainly be wrong though. |

I've never been a fan of Platoon. But, I'm biased simply because I'm not an Oliver Stone fan either (I know I stand alone).
Perhaps I should give it another chance. |

Kill Bill: Vol. 1 - good stuff, though the blood was a little excessive (especially the cartoon sequence was pretty disturbing). 8/10 Did you not enjoy the excessive blood in Kill Bill? I agree, the anime sequence was disturbing. However, I thought the corny, overwhelming loads of gore was Tarantino's style for the film, and found it pretty funny, assuming it was nothing to be taken seriously. |

it already was 3 big screen films when it was called X-men. Stan Lee must be rolling over in his grave! ; )

Man, the Godfather sucks arse. I've only seen the first one, but in my opinion it was a complete waste of my time. C'mon, Marlon Brando Jr. as the head of a mob family? And as an Italian? Even the character "Michael" Al Pacino played in the Godfather wasn't slightly convincing. As for Scarface... best f*cking movie of all time. Not a mafia movie... more of a story than anything else.
Very funny! Kidding... right? The Godfather is one of the greatest films in cinema history. Pacino, Duvall, Caan, and Brando all delivered amazing preformances! Secondly, I'm pretty sure the Corleone (probably spelled that wrong) family was Sicilian. The Italians were one of the rival crime rings. As for Scarface. Incredibly overrated! It wouldn't be in my top 100. I think it's good. Don't get me wrong, I like the rise and fall story of Tony Montana. But, it's far short of the masterpeice that The Godfather is. |

An epic masterpeice, to say the least. Unarguably deserving of the top 20 films of all time.
In fact, this is probably my favorite movie in the Lord of the Rings series. (Honestly, I probably need to watch the sequels again. It's been a while.) Nevertheless, I was just soooo incredibly blown away upon seeing this the first time around; I had never read the books. There was sooo much hype sorrounding Lord of the Rings, and I simply found myself suckered in to this entirely new world! Great, great movie :) |

Given, Superman Returns was a setup to bring back the series. I too saw it as a slow film but, the story was good. And it had to be. Lex was probably a good choice for Superman Returns simply because he's Lex Luther, Superman's arch-rival.
I think the sequel to Superman Returns is going to have a lot of potential becuase, now that they've reasserted the plotline, and introduced the characters, ect. (Given there was several years between Superman IV and Superman Returns) I think, the writers will feel more free to produce an action packed script, with Superman (hopefully) duking it out with someone like Doomesday. |

I'm not sure if it was made in South America though. But I'm pretty sure it was. |

Saddam wasn't evil, he was just misunderstood. Any man who grows up without a strong central father figure is going to have at least some psychological issues to deal with later on in life. Gassing the Kurds was just an outlet for that frustration.
BTW, that video sucks. It's too dark and blurry to see anything good. Sadly for Saddam he didn't have a great dad. I can see where the absence of his father probably created some turbulent times for the man. However, that's no excuse to gas thousands upon thousands of people. The man, tortured innocent women and children. He fed people to tigers... His intentions were clear, and he was a threat and a tyrant. It really doesn't matter if you support the war, or hate absolutley everything about it. You have to admit: He got what he deserved. |
