With the exception of the naked photo op at the end this was fun loving, educational, and enlightening. To me it would be better without the nude photo shoots because it cheapens all the good that was done via her transformation and finding of her true beauty. It also sends the wrong message to young women that in order to truly love themselves they must be comfortable going to that extreme. Other than that the show was definately up-beat and fun but also seriously encouraging and touching at times. I already learned so much watching the tips that were given on the premiere show!
