i think the main mistakes of superman returns were
1)Brandon Routh as superman
2)The Suit
3)The kid that was ment to be his son
4)using Lex Luthor AGAIN
please use some varity, superman has a pretty good rouges gallery not as good as batman's or spiderman's
but stilly alright.
If it was me i would use doomsday but they have already done an animated movie about that so i would insted bring in bizarro or cyborg superman who destroys supermans public image by killing people and destroying metropolis then has an epic battle at the end were both are nearly dead and bizarro or cyborg reveals he is a warrior for darkseid who was sent to kill superman so that darksied could have control over the universe and has sent soldiers to destroy anyone who could match his power and then this could lead to a sort of justice league tie in at the end with superheroes being brought together to stop darksied.
