I don't know if Jeffrey was kidding, but there is no information about Jensen or Jared leaving the show. In fact, both of them already said that they have a six-years contract. So, IF there is another season, Jensen and Jared will be there. 7th season? Eric Kripke doesn't even know if there will be a 6th yet! IF it comes, there will be another chapter, with a new storyline, he said.
