What was interesting to me in his pitches was that he never mentions the race of a person unless it's not white. Like "black boy from the Bronx" or "Hispanic female from Los Angeles" (which are pretty generic descriptions), compared to "punk rock girl from Venice", "skateboard kid from Orange County", "Goth chick from Minnesota", or "college football player from Dallas". I guess the entertainment industry automatically assumes everyone is white unless otherwise mentioned.
