Watched "The Perfect Sleep" with Roselyn Sanchez and some guy I never heard of - what a piece of utter crap! It trries so hard to be some self-knowingly cool piece of film noir, but it's really a waste of time.
Not to be outdone, I saw a second piece of utter crap - S. Darko. I liked the original "Donnie Darko," to which this purports to be a sequel. But NO, it's really just a piece of nonsensical mish-mash, another couple hours of my life I won't get back.
Finally got to watch something worthwhile, a two-part British miniseries released on DVD, entitled "Amnesia." It stars John Hannah as a British police detective investigating his own wife's disappearance as well as the case of a man who may or may not have amnesia, and may or may not be a serial murderer. Well worth your while...
