Ok, i don't believe in bad mojo or luck or curses, or any of that sh#t, but an earthquake + radiation danger minus quality Movie director = ...... well something not too great. I just hope they stick to the McQuarrie script. Maybe a producer will grow a brain and get Chris McQuarrie to be a last minute replacement.

OK @ the risk of winning the "biggest dork in the comment post award" I will just say that this movie seems like it's 70% QUANTUM LEAP and 30% GROUND HOG DAY( i love both plus MOON). I guess this throws out any hope of revamping one of the best sci fi shows to the medium of film. I would have loved to watch a movie version of QUANTUM.

Is this guy for real? Does he really think Mexicans are so stupid? This isn't some sort of Rodney King situation. Just because the filmakers have a tongue and cheeck political statement doesn't mean that Mexicans will mindlessly ruin their dignity. This movie is a homage to exploitation cinema. Chill the f*ck out!

I really hope this is true. My brother and I can't stop talking about how bad Orgins was. McQuarrie is a great writer. I recommend watching the first five minutes of The Way of the Gun. Especially with the commentary on. This franchise character needs McQuarrie's edge.
