A mixture of nicknames have come up for me in the recent months, including Pirate Queen, Silly Moo and others ^.^ My actual name is Emma, I'm 18 and live in the south of England.

I love all things film - I'm studying media at A-level, and am achieving very good grades so far. I love to watch films and certain TV shows, and would one day love to have the chance to direct my own film.

Directors I especially like include Tim Burton, Zack Snyder, Peter Jackson, Jerry Bruckheimer and Henry Selick. My favourite films definitely include those done by Burton and Johnny Depp, as I think those two have a unique relationship that shows through in their film-making.

I admire independence and individuality, and although am not the bravest of souls myself, am willing to try new things out when possible.

I have too many favourite films to name here (we'd be here forever) but I like things along the lines of Pirates of the Caribbean, Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, 300, The Holiday, National Treasure, Lord of War and many, many others. I enjoy a wide range of genres, though often have a cushion or my boyfriend Aron <3 to hide behind when watching horrors ^_^

As far as TV is concerned, I do not get to watch an awful lot due to my stupidly busy life (school, work etc etc) I have fallen head over heels in love with Scrubs (thank youuu Aron ^^) and am determined to watched as much of it as I can. I'll watch random episodes of things like Wire in the Blood and Waking the Dead, but am not an avid TV fan.
