Not all people bought it, check my comments. What started as a joke, we saw it before as a good idea. Ep 1-2-3 are better in state.of.the.art.fx, plus acting and 4-5-6 are better in story telling and heart. The posibility of combine the best of both worlds are exciting.

Ok, fake or not, IT IS a good idea. Don't stuck with the classics. They're rusted (and I mean all classics).

This would be very good if was true. But, supossing it's not an April Fool's joke, the remake has to be SHOT-BY-SHOT, with the same script, exactly the same scenes and dialogs, with better actors (this would be hard but the casting process has to be clever, you don't think there's not good actors today, maybe better than Hammill, Ford, Fisher and Guiness). The result, a better movie: the old story, screenplay and cast combined with the new (and best) digital technology and effects. The best of everything, just like Lucas dreamed it.

I think it would be a great idea (if it wasn't an April Fool's joke). The objective is reaching a visual (and story) match with the second trilogy. But purists always stuck with the old stuff, I was a fan of 4-5-6 and I think they were great, but that exact idea with today's technology would make a superior set of movies.
