Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Green Arrow Coming to The CW
I would assume they are not bringing in Justin Hartley because he does not wish to be type cast as "Green Arrow".
And the CW does not want to bring back the "Chloe Sullivan" character...because if they did I would NOT watch it.

Also, this would be a new starting point to introduce characters not seen in the Smallville series, like Bruce Wayne/Batman and Hal Jordan/Green Lantern.

And the CW probably doesn't want to bring back the Clark Kent/Superman character played by Tom Welling....because they never really did show the "Superman" costume in the series finale and would want to keep it that way.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item The Three Stooges Trailer
I used to watch the Three Stooges all the time when I was very young. This is going to be trip down memory lane and at the same time make a lot of new memories....definitely have to introduce my son to the Three Stooges.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item The Bourne Legacy Eyes Shia LaBeouf
LaBeouf has ruined a couple of movies: If they can replace Megan Fox in Transformers, then they can definitely replace this guy. He's also ruined the Indiana Jones franchise, and that's why Harrison Ford has asked to make just one last movie so that he can have his character killed off and never have to star in another movie with LaBeouf ever again.
Maybe they can use Garret Hedlund, he did a good job with Tron: Legacy, or why don't thy just try a CGI actor to replace Matt Damon and he can do the voice over, it would be so much better than casting Shia Labeouf.

Justin Bieber as Cobra Commander, because in the cartoon he was a whinny little girl who never won anything, just like at the Grammys.
Or he could be the kid at the end of the movie who the Joe's tell the "moral of the story" too, as a cameo......"Don't do drugs!....or you'll end up like Charlie Sheen!".
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Aaron Eckhart Talks Two-Face Resurrection?
You should rewatch The Dark Knight.
The return of Two Face would be beneficial. At the end of TDK, Two Face dies...but it's not Two Face, it's Harvey Dent. HD is said to be killed by Batman, who is now blamed with the death of HD. "IF" Two Face comes back, then it would be a way for the writers to clear Batman of the murder of HD by exposing him as Two Face, thus giving the mantle of "Hero" back to Batman....or it could just be a funeral with HD/Two Face laying in a closed casket...who knows.
TDK had the Scarecrow return from the first movie, but at the end of Batman Begins he was driven insane by his own narcotic weapon, but somehow he returns very much a "less insane" criminal whom can think clearly.
Maybe Batman 3 will have Two Face freeing some of the convicts he helped put in jail, much the way that the Joker helped HD transform into Two Face.

isn't there supposed to be a sixth movie?...and I've never been able to figure out how it all fits together, too many jumps between past, present, and future. Anyone have a site link that explains it all up until now?
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Warner Bros. Confirms Complete Superman Reboot
Lex Luthor....Vin Diesel or Jason Statham?...who would be better? Darker, but get rid of the humorous Lex altogether.
Superman....Brandon Routhe? or some other "no name" actor.
Lana Lang....NOOOOO!, that would make the movie suck.
Lois Lane....Anyone, but make her childless.
...and add another villain into the mix (not Braniac, he's been done too much in the tv series Smallville. I think they need to do a remake of Superman 2, but make it an origin movie with Zod being the reason that Clark puts on the uniform to become Superman.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Vin Diesel Is Looking to Play a Marvel Comics Villain
Screw Marvel. He needs to jump on the chance to play Lex Luthor in the "darker" Superman movie that DC is planning to make. Get rid of the "humorous" Lex. Michael Rosenbaum gives a jumping point for Vin to base the darker persona of Lex from. But who would be worthy enough to play Superman and share the spotlight with Vin Diesel?...another "no name" actor from a soap opera?
But if Vin Diesel ignores the opportunity of playing Lex Luthor, then I'd go with Jason Statham as Lex.
Yeah, everything that comes out of Japan is a rip off of something else in Japan, and if you look at all of the big titles; Voltron, Power Rangers, Sailor Moon, Battle of the Planets, etc...it's all based on one thing; Red, Blue, Black, Green, Pink, Yellow, White (and so on and so forth). It's a colour scheme that's been done, always works, and makes money. Now lets put that money to use and make a kick ass movie, and not the horrible remake of Voltron that was all CGI and came out less than 10 years ago.
Now, I'd love to see who they pick for the cast, any guesses? (Seth Green would make a great Pidge).
First statement: Queer Eye for the Straight Guy director?...this isn't movie based on fashion, and I don't want to see/hear the Voltron Force walking around with lisps, time to petition for a new director.
Second Statement: Voltron came long before transformers, and long before Power Rangers. Voltron is actually based out of Toronto, Ontario. This is stated in the new comic book series, Voltron: A Legend Forged. The Galaxy Garrison for all of Voltron is in a future version of Toronto (but Voltron: Vehicle Force is based out of Earth, while Voltron: Lion Force is from the planet Arus). So, if anyone wants to know more about the history of Voltron, go to www.voltron.com, this will also tell you about the original Voltron "GOLION", from Japan, which the series was based on. And another series called Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, which is a precursor to Power Rangers...in the wild west.
The 8th season should be about developing Superman's other enemies, like Metallo and Cyborg-Superman. It shoud also have 2 or 3 episodes of Clark going into the future to help the Legion of Super Heroes. There he would learn to fly, but using the LOSH Ring and wouldn't wear the suit but something similar to the Legion's uniforms. He would also meet the good version of Braniac and fight a slew of other villains.
Upon returning to the present he would finally understand his purpose. He would go to College and learn to be a reporter and finally wear the glasses. The last episode would show Lex returning with nothing to his name and having to rebuild his forturne. He would still be evil but would know nothing about Clark's secret.
The final episode should show Clark at the Fortress learning to hover, but not fly, finally deciding to dawn the cape and shield (but not showing him wearing it), it would be near the end when he hears Lois screaming for help at the Daily Planet where he would do the tearing open the shirt to reveal the "S"...then fade to credits and the movie theme music.

Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Second Knight Rider TV Spot
The new car sucks choda. Does anyone thing that a mustang can really get up to the speeds of necessary to do the "turbo boost" jump of the original KITT?, and Michael Knight's son as the next Night Rider? come on, really...this show has been attempted before in Night Rider 3000 (or whatever that futuristic crap was by the creators of Hercules, Xena, and Briscoe County Jr), or the Team Night Rider show. They both got cancelled, so why does anyone think this show will work?...and wasn't there that show called "Viper" that tried to pull off a Night Rider spoof with a car that could change colours?...That show got cancelled too. Lets see if this works, but I'm sure it have a shorter life than Enterprise.
The hype on this movie is going to turn it into another "The Core". The Core was hyped up beyond belief, and it came out after Armageddon and Deep Impact, only to be virtually the exact same thing with only one twist, it was an inny rather than an outty. Cloverfield is coming out on the heels on The Mist, which was also hyped up, but had more of a story to it...like citizens going all religious and nutty. Cloverfield's monster? it does look like an bideual iguana...but if it's doing so much damage how can it be believable as a gigantic monster that has been around for years like Godzilla was?...Godzilla was created from a nuclear infused iguana...I see a copy cat movie coming up, just with the fact that people turn into the monster?...wouldn't there be more than one of these monsters running around if it's Slusho's secret ingredient turning these humans into monsters? Crap, this smells of a "Blairwitch" meets "Godzilla" meets "Resident Evil" meets "Night of the Living Dead"...is it just one monster or more than one?...and if it's multiple, then how have these creatures stayed hidden for so long from the public eye, and how did they grow to be so big so fast? Is this an evoling monster or a chemically induced monster?....This movie may be good in theory, but it's going to have a lot of plot holes and unbelievable story line that will make me "want" to see the movie and then be so disappointed that I won't buy the DVD or even try to download it. This better not be a trilogy or series of movies.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Bryan Singer Not Directing Superman Returns 2?
And the other thing I disliked about Superman Returns, the fact that Lois has a baby with Clark...I've been out the loop on the comic series but I'm pretty sure that there was no child in that story line either.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Bryan Singer Not Directing Superman Returns 2?
The thing that I disliked about Superman Returns was Lex Luthor. Kevin Spacey is a great actor, but attempting to mimic the "Gene Hackman" version of Lex Luthor wasn't the best move. I prefer the "Michael Rosenbaum" version of Lex Luthor....can anyone picture Michael Rosenbaum turning into a comical version of Lex Luthor? The other part I disliked about this movie was after Superman saves the plane, it goes off into a bunch of little "Superman the hero" bits, just like from the first Superman movie back in the 70's. It's already been done, it was a waste of the movie, the character was already developed in the first movie, time to move on with the story. The next movie should be about Doomsday following Superman back to Earth after his visit to Krypton, then bring in the Death of Superman and Reign of the Superman storylines as sequels, this would be a great cross over opportunity for the Justice League Movie and the Batman movie franchise. Make it one big story so that you have to watch all of the movies, like a trilogy.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Saw 5 & 6 May Be Filmed Back-to-Back
Ok, there was something wrong about the 4th movie....jigsaw's body was in the morgue being autopsied then near the end of the movie it was still in the room where he died in the third movie?...and it was supposed to be 6 months between movies?...I was lost on the last movie but they did leave a bit of a cliff hanger at the end...and where the hell was Jessica Alba? She was cast to be in the 4th movie but she wasn't in it? I know that detective from the 4th is still alive, but what about the little girl that was supposed to be alive in the third movie who's father was looking for her?...her father got killed near the end of the 4th movie?...what the hell? I'm really confused beyond belief...anyone have a website link that carefully explains how the first 4 movies fit together?...and when is that Trick'r'Treat movie by Brian Singer coming out? I was expecting it this past Halloween.
Rhavn wrote a comment about the news item Clive Barker Reveals Hellraiser Remake Update
Can no one out there write an original screen play anymore? Even I have dozens of ideas for movies but no time to write them, even I could write a sequel to this series but I could never get into it because it was the same thing in each movie. Unlock the box, summon the bad guys, get yourself tortured, then have someone come to the rescue. Maybe they should have thought about writing a PREQUEL to this series, show how Pinhead finds the box, or even how the first Cenobite came to be?
