Hey reece buddy , how are ya doing mate. am currently in my only all horror flick month and thought if you gave my recomendations a try vuz i just stumble on one hell of a brutal flick MARTYRS , I recently just got blown away by the french film MARTYRS , just wow waiting to watch it a second or third time before giving it a proper review and I dont really know how to build it at the moment since part of the magic of this film is to be quite in the dark has what your going to see . Ill just say for now , that it starts off with a fairly young girl ( Lucy) running in the street who appenrently escape from somewere were she was beeing '' tortured/tormented , after shes found it clearly shows that shes fuck up for life so shes but into a instuted , and the directors ask a girl to be her friend(anna) so she can find out some bits of what hapen and who did this to her . then it quickly skips to 15 years later when Lucy knocks on the door of a familly she thinks she sure were her tormentors , and ill stop at that. it starts Brutal and never lets go , I think it's maybe the most brutal film i now own . You think it will be a horror revenge flick, then you think it takes a High tension turn , then it even made me think of Castle freak , then it truly blew away and made me realise i should of paid way more attention to the title.
