Hi this is my first time posting here but i'm looking for a perticular movie that was probably release in the late 80s or 90's. This is what i remember because i was young but here goes:
It may be more of a childrens sci-fi but its about a group of kids in a post-apocalyptic era or future overrun by government and all i can remember is the one kid is hearing impaired and they find this silver ball type thing which is some kind of inteligent being. I also think i remember the whole thing being about them with rollerskates or something.
Sorry for the vague explanation but thats all i can remember and i've searched blockbuster and amazon forever.
Any help would be appreciated
