JJ Abrams is gonna make me watch Spock die AGAIN in a whole new way. I feel like I'm being punished just for being a hardcore Trekker! I need recompense for my emotional turmoil!

wrote a comment about the news item Marvel's The Avengers Huge Cameo Spoiler Revealed by Jenny Agutter
I KNEW IT! The new Spider-Man movie is going into detail about his origins, particularly what happened to his parents. Any comic devote knows that Richard and Mary Parker were agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and were killed by the Red Skull on a mission with Nick Fury! Which means, Peter delving into his background would inevitably lead him to a tie-in with The Avengers! Not to mention, I doubt she'd agree to play a role before she knew what it was. She may not have seen the script, but she would have at least known why she was there beforehand. The other characters involved with her role, however, could have easily been a surprise.

@ghostman It won't be. He said they cut it before they started shooting, so that scene won't even exist, but I feel your pain! I can't begin to imagine a Sam Raimi vehicle without Bruce Campbell, but I'm sure Ted Raimi will still make an appearance.

@pjwolsker That's not the stupid part. You see both of his kids in Die Hard 2 so you know he has a son. The stupid part is him having an adopted son for no reason. He's got enough family issues with his divorce and his kids resenting him, it doesn't make sense he would have decided to add another kid to his problems somewhere along the line.

wrote a comment about the news item CONTEST: Win Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil Prizes
Tucker and Dale vs Evil is a high-octane, "no-holds-barred" thrill ride! It combines all the hillbilly, cabin-fever excitement of Deliverance with the comedic prejudice of Remember the Titans. As a devout horror fan, I love how this movie respectfully pokes fun at the genre, while providing a truly suspenseful and well written plot. I couldn't believe how much I actually loved this movie. I haven't felt this intensly about a horror/comedy I wasn't quite sure about since Sean of the Dead! I honestly need these fine prizes in order to safely channel my love for this movie before I go into the woods and find me some college kids to make squeal like a piggy!

Who actually thinks Channing Tatum or Mark Wahlberg are able to emote enough for this?! They are both such stiff actors! I couldn't believe for a minute they would be menacing enough to be Eric Draven. I think remaking The Crow might actually work, but give the project a little integrity and respect for christ's sake!

Neil Patrick Harris didn't die! You see him stand up on the lawn of the brothel at the end of the movie and walk away!

@bawnian-dexeus Doctor Who is one of the highest rated shows of all time. It is the longest running sci-fi series in recorded history, having been on the air since 1963. While there have been good portayals of the Doctor...and some not so good ones, Doctor Who is a show that transcends generations and will always be one of the best and one of my personal favorites. If you haven't seen it, make the time. It's definitely worth it!

I hate to say it, but I think Mike Judge has gone so long without doing Beavis the voice sounds a bit off. I feel like as long as the show lasts as long as the previous one or hopefully longer, he might get it back. I hope that's the case. Can't wait!

it is good that he's not a maguire-esque p*ssy when it comes to the death, but he kinda took in the other direction! too deep and tough sounding for Peter Parker. Of course, I know I'm just nerd nit-picking! He Garfield does seem to have more of a pressence about him. I'm sure we'll all forget about Maguire when this comes. This whole thing is starting to grow on me...

It appears that everyone here is out of there minds and needs to WATCH this abomination of a trailer before they assume it was good. Clearly, not a single one of you saw it and it's wrong to jump to conclusions before you know waht happened. This is the most ridiculous thing I've seen in a long time and I will go so far as to boycott this movie! I knew it would all go horribly wrong as soon as they cast Chris Evans! Nothing against him, but he is NOT Captain America...and neither is this film! I hope it bombs opening weekend and its fate lies in the bowels of oblivion with other superhero franchise films that bastardized the namesake of the characters at hand (Batman and Robin, Iron Man 2, etc.)!

If there really is a just and loving god, they'll scrap this like they did that Justice League movie they tried to make without Christian Bale or Brandon Routh. If the producers are smart and actually do want to make any money, they'll realize that anyone who knows Buffy or has even heard of the show is going to be against this and stop production until they can get everyone from the show to come back for a movie. The last thing we need is another complete bastardization of a beloved franchise!
