What I mean is it was probably easier to buy out her contract and avoid a lousy film revolving around her while maintaining a quality director and a better male lead actor and character. If all the movie loses is Kristen they are lucky. She can be replaced, it's happened in better movies, i.e. The Dark Knight with Katie being replaced by Maggie, clearly a better choice. Maybe they will just recast her. What's Missy Peregrym doing these days?
