Yay!
Bana's making a mistake here.
Hm, Steven Spielberg will be executive producing a pilot about an alien invasion. Wow! That's so friggen' awesome! Wait a minute. Why does this sound all too familiar?...
I just came in my pants.
Finally! Leo has wanted to make a Twilight Zone film for a long time now, and I'm a huge fan myself. This is awesome news!
Expected, but still disappointing.

This is bullsh*t! Let the Right One In was released just last year, and although I've never seen it (really want to), Matt Reeves is just trying to cash in on the reemerged vampire hype started by Twilight. *sshole!
Boo! Boo1 Role should have gone to Cooper. *sigh* I guess I'll give Reynolds a chance. Only because the Green Lantern is my second favorite superhero, after Batman, of course.

So, this is basically to Hung what Twilight is to True Blood: the same premise, but aimed to appease to a younger audience. The only thing this show will succeed in doing is to make people wonder how endowed this actor really is.

I'm surprised by Campbell's choices. Reynolds is definitely out of the question for me, but I'm still iffy about both Cooper and Timberlake. My bet's on Bradley Cooper.

Eh, I'll give credit to Timberlake for his genuine acting chops, but this would be a big miscast, should he get such a role.
Bradley Cooper would be a wrong choice too I think, since he's thus far a comedic actor, and making a drastic transition into becoming a superhero just wouldn't be believable or taken seriously. Chris Pine seems to be our best bet in my opinion. That is unless the studio wants an unknown to wear Hal Jordan's ring, like Armie Hammer, who has an impressive stature of 6'5" and looks the part. But once again, there were rumors that he was in talks to play Batman (which I'm doubtful about), in a Justice League movie. I guess we'll all see.
I agree with ZanyZip by the way; everyone here seems to want breakthrough actors type-casted.
Phil Mata wrote a comment about the news item Warner Bros. and D.C. Comics Get Superman Victory
Agent VIS, the reason why having Mark Miller helm the Superman reboot as director is a terrible idea is because he's a COMIC WRITER, not filmmaker. Not a good enough reason why? Frank Miller's the Spirit: enough said.

Do I smell another surefire video-game adaptation flop?

Munn's going to be in a lot of projects now. Good for her!

I hate confrontation. Kiss and make up, peaches, Newkill. Let's hug it out, bitches.
Anyway, a MacGruber film is a horrible idea.

YOW!
Phil Mata wrote a comment about the news item No More Superman for Star Brandon Routh?
Unfortunately, a Superman reboot is needed and would have to include a fresh slate of actors as well.

Kinda' reminds me of a panther. Just me though.
Phil Mata wrote a comment about the news item Hayden Panettiere Teases on Heroes' Next Season
You have a good point there peaches. In that case then, most of the new characters need to be women on account that most of the former cast members who got the ax last season were women.
Phil Mata wrote a comment about the news item Hayden Panettiere Teases on Heroes' Next Season
I'm not sure about this. Heroes' upcoming fourth season sounds similar to Lost's fourth: It introduced way too many new characters and was a contributing factor to it being a rotten season.
