The thing that stands out about Nolans' trailers that most don't understand is that Nolan doesn't show you the whole movie in the trailer, he shows you random segments of clips. It makes audiences more interested in the movie because they want 2 know whats going to happen! I hate seeing trailers that show the whole story, it makes me not want to see it.. It will be epic!

i wish he would make episodes 7,8 and 9 or start with a completely new sci-fi story. Lucas jus needs to create screenplays and sell them to good filmmakers or direct them himself..

the movie was terrible. No backstory on main characters, very cliche, action was all filmed at night. How are we going to see a good action scene at night!? Ripped off a bunch of movies such as Spiderman & Star Wars, heck the main character in the end quoted the exact same line Anakin did in ep: 3. Every single scene was predictable too, barely any twists with a unsatisfying conclusion. I was in awe after seeing this, it is probably the worst film of 2011. The only good thing about it was the fx, thats it! And the filmmakers do a terrible job letting us know that evil aliens are really evil! It ripped of the death eaters from harry potter basically. It was a waste of money to see period. Once again hollywood gives us another poor superhero/ character analysis with a linear backstory flick!

haha wiki links, because everything on there is true.
The trailer sparked my interest. Even though it is fake it might make an interesting movie. |

@GreatCritic All of the Toy Storys' spoof movies. There was really nothing wrong with this movie. How was the story unoriginal? I never saw any movie that had the same story. A real great critic knows what flaws are in movies, your opinions are just bad excuses.

Nolan is lying when he is says Avatar was exciting, because it wasn't. All visual and no story. Nolan brings all aspects of film to life!
