I heard they're only attaching it to the midnight showing of MIB 3.

@SpaceCowboy Could be, I noticed that a while after he was chosen to direct and thought it was pretty ironic.

Way back in 2010 when I heard they were doing a reboot of the Spider-Man series, I thought it would be awful, I even thought Andrew and the new suit, even the logo were awful. Over the last year I've realized I need to give this movie a chance, after all I'm in it for Spider-Man, not Tobey Maguire. I really think this movie will be great, I loved the original trilogy, but I like the different direction they are going with this movie, it truly brings out Spider-Man's color, there's more depth to the story. I'm definitely seeing this July 3rd in IMAX, hopefully I won't get vertigo from the web swinging.

Between Two Ferns, in my opinion, is a pretty funny show and the only reason I was subscribed to Funny or Die. Though they haven't made anything new in over a year, it's usually a 3-4 minute show, I hope a half hour isn't too much and it starts to lag.

It's good that they want to make another movie, but it's not good that they want it "rushed". If I remember correctly, that's what happened to "Muppets From Space" which really sent the muppets into theatrical hiatus. If Disney wants the same magic they had witth the first film, it's best that you give the writers the time they need and the production the time it needs, otherwise the film won't be as good and the muppets will disappear from theaters for another 12 years.

I was curious to hear more about this film until I saw that WWE was involved. Not that I dislike WWE network or their movies, it's just they'll most likely want to put one of their wrestlers in it as the Leprechaun and while it may not be bad, it just won't be as good as a reboot should be. The only reason to update a movie is to truly make it better or at least as good as the original and I'm not sure if they can make that goal. Hopefully this new lead will get more professional actors and some really good writers to make a believable story.

@CelluloidDreams If you've ever watched Drake and Josh she was the heavy-set black lady who owned the movie theater (loved Drake, but always dissed Josh).

I respect Bill for his decision, but could a third Ghostbusters movie be as bad as the two Garflield movies Bill did? lol

@justatadmatt I'm pretty sure they're still doing the sequels. The second one is planned to be released in 2014. Dreamworks just likes to milk their franchises for all it's got.

@felipe-11 But still, Alan Rickman deserved a "Best Supporting Role" nomination, his performance in that movie was brilliant. He deserved to be recognized don't ya think?

This is the worst nomination list ever! In my opinion, too many people got snubbed. First of all I believe that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt 2 should've been in the "Best Picture" "Best Director" "Best Actor" Best Actress" and "Best Supporting Role" at the least. I haven't seen Hugo yet, so I can't speak on whether it deserves all 11 nominations, but I believe Harry Potter deserved some of the same if not all the exact nominations Hugo got. Also why isn't Rise of the Planet of the Apes nominated? That movie re-imagined the series, it deserved more than just "Visual Effects" That, like Harry Potter deserved to be nominated for "Best Picture" and such, I think someone doesn't like to think of motion capture as acting, which is why I assume Tintin didn't get enough nominations. They didn't even give Tintin "Best Animated Feature". But they gave Kung-Fu Panda 2 a nomination. Why the hell would Kung-Fu Panda be nominated for an ACADEMY AWARD. This makes no sence. All Tintin got noticed for was the score. Despite all this I am glad The Muppets were nominated for "Best Original Song", I didn't exactly think it would be Man or a Muppet, but at this point I'll take it. That's just my opinion though. If I could use one word to sum up how i feel about this years nominations: DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

wrote a comment about the news item The Amazing Spider-Man Rain Soaked Emma Stone Photo
First of all, I'm not here to bash this movie. It's a little misguiding to state that Emma is "soaked" in this picture. Personally I liked the original trilogy, I was eight when it came out and I first saw it, after that I basically fell in love with the series and the characters, yes I'm a but different for not disliking the film, but I also must admit that I never read the comic books so it's not like I'd know what's wrong with the trilogy as far as pacing goes. I do in someways agree, that it was time for a reboot of some sort. The direction the last film was headed didn't feel quite right, and if Raimi didn't feel he could continue on to a fourth film and tried anyway, it may have been a disaster. I have nothing against this film...I refuse to dislike it until I see it for myself six months from now. I do disagree with the advertising for this film, if you ask me I think a second trailer is due describing more of the story and showing the fans\audience the official final draft of The Lizard. Even if we didn't get a trailer an actual competed picture of The Lizard and Spider-Man fighting would be nice, but all they're doing here is recycling old photos and pretending they're new. Unlike a lot of my friends I have faith in this movie...a lot of it. I believe this movie can do justice and get deeper into the story than Raimi's trilogy did. I can't wait to see the movie when it comes out, but until then, they need to give us SOMETHING new. lol

I'm so glad they converted Yoda to cgi. He looked so crappy as a puppet, there was no emotion! Can't wait to see my favorite character "Jar-Jar Binks" in 3D. They should've had him in the prequel trilogy!

25 seasons would be nice, but I think sooner or later The Simpsons need to close shop. I think the show is ok, but it's not as funny as it used to be, it was more classic back in the early years. Either way, I still don't see the big deal on the $4mil, there are people who would replace those voices for $400,000.
