Chad does get his upgrade in the Hueco Mundo Arc. Bleach is a really good anime but also the manga too. I got some ideas for some good anime

Full Metal Panic!, Full Metal Alchemist, Elfen Lied, Gantz, Ah! My Goddess, Code Geass, Azumanga Daioh, Slayers, Sorcerer Hunters, Ranma 1/2, Death Note, Trigun, Tenjho Tenge, and Devil May Cry

I am already up to the current episode and manga chapter. If you are true Bleach fan you will watch all the episode and read the manga.

Yes, Bleach Diamond Dust Rebellion came out in Dec. But it won't be dubbed until like 2010 or 2011. Because the first movie, Memories of nobody just came out dubbed in June. I've watched 1-180 now both in english dub and english subs. I have read the manga too. Well it gets better and better through the anime and manga series

If you want an anime with action, comedy, romance, and just plain awesomeness then Bleach is for you. Bleach is one of the longest running animes out there. Great story lines from all the arcs so far. The manga is a bomb to read and to enjoy. I just love Bleach. Can't wait to buy the whole series when it comes out.
