@comicbookfan I know, I know, I've seen it and I liked it but it had the same feel to it as the TV show. I want something fresh, like I said before. And you are hung on what I said about TV director things a little to much. I never said it would be bad just would prefer to see someone with a bit more style take on the directing role.

@comicbookfan @dan1 My issue with it is I don't want a 24 movie that feels like a 2 hour eposide, I want something fresh style that will keep the roots of 24 but gives us a look 24 that we aren't used to get us out of the comfort zone and less predictable. I want a Tony Scott type of director that will make a solid action flick but at the same time giving us a visual change and a solid story.

@comicbookfan X-files was great but Elektra was down right horrible.

@dan1 You have TV directors and you have film directors. I'm not saying one can't do the other but I'd rather have some with some sort of style and Tony Scott has a very hard edge but sleak style. And you saying that Tony Scott wouldn't know the characters? I mean hell, wouldn't a 24 fan like me or I'm guessing, you understand the characters after watching 8 years of it? So why couldn't a solid director understand them? Especially if said director is a fan of the show? Which I'm guessing Mr. Scott is fan due to the fact he had show a lot of interest in directing the movie.

I love the framing when Gray Oldman stands at that podium, very fitting that the frame cuts both of Harvey Dents face in half.

I agree but if it were SHOT in 3D then that would be something else.

Some of you might not like this but I REALLY like how the contorting of the body wasn't CGI. That alone makes me think this could be a head of the other Exorcism movies that have come out in the last few years. And not to mention it looks as if not just one person is being possessed but several which lends a hand to that there might be a bigger story at work.

I have to question people's mental state if they like this pile. They take irrelevance to the max and grind into the ground. This stuff is simply not funny, I believe people have to force themselves to like this. This is proof that you don't need talent to on T.V.

I hope I live to be that young.
