Sarah's coming back makes many people happy, but also makes the series predictable.
I would expect more creativity from the writers. Leaving Sarah dead and still being able to make the series interesting would be a real chalenge to the creators but unfortunately they didn't take it.
Prison break will be a specific series for a specific audience and nothing more.
