  1. THE JOKER

@slysnide They are awesome! There a few out there that are extremely inappropriate that he does not like, but other than that, he enjoys them! I will have to find the link for the interview for you

@mcleve02: Good to hear! For I'd heard he was annoyed by them. Good that it's the other way around. My cousins love the Chuck Norris jokes. It's how we open almost all meetings after a few years apart to break the silence.

  3. THE JOKER

@slysnide Maybe if he actually says "Chuck Norris" in his joke number 3! Followed by a great Chuck Norris joke! He has actually said he finds the jokes to be hilarious! He loves the creativity people have about them! Very awesome, classy dude!

@mcleve02: That's gotta be my all time favorite quote of the two films combined. I don't see how they can top that one in the third outing. It was so awesome to finally see Chuck Norris embrace his legendary cult status.

@slysnide I heard you were bit by a snake... I was... but after 5 days in agonizing pain, the snake finally died!

@slysnide I will terminate you if I don't get my gun back! haha I loved how everyone was using the other's lines! haha It is definitely a movie to see when you want to smile for sure!

@mcleve02: Agreed on the final fight, though JCVD's cheesy dialogue with Stallone right before the fight almost made up for it. And yes, it wasn't until the credits rolled that I realized that Jet Li wasn't in the rest of the film. I could tell someone was missing, but couldn't put my finger on it. I had been too entranced by all the awesome action and cheese going on. And my favorite dialogue was Arnold when he says all those one liners in the airport about their reps. Oh, and the "I'm Back" line in the homage to "Total Recall" in the cave. Too funny.

  11. THE JOKER

@slysnide Chuck Norris was my favorite for those same reasons! and when he made a Chuck Norris joke, I just about died! I said I bet the writers of the script had to have fun writing all those funs one liners! It was great!! I was sad about how small of a role Jet Li had, and how easily Jean Claude was defeated... I wanted like a classic 80's-90's 30 minute fist fight to the death! Those are my only two points! The rest made me smile the entire time!

@mcleve02: "Expendables2" was so much funnier than the first one. My friend and I consider it the best comedy of the year. My favorite part consisted of Morricone's legendary score when introducing Chuck Norris in every scene he's in. Or that JCVD's name was Vilain. :P Not to mention how cheesy his 'dramatic' moments were in the film. All the best self aware one liners too. God I loved it. Can't wait for the third one.

  13. THE JOKER

@slysnide plus it was fitting anyways, because we already had Batman's origin story, and originally The Joker never had an origin story... He just appeared out of no where and created chaos in Gotham... I agree with that point 100%... btw How did you enjoy Expendables 2?

@mcleve02: True, a JLA Batman would have to be very different from a Nolan like Batman. I however wouldn't mind seeing a new trilogy in the vein of what Nolan tapped which could feature different villains who deserve the Nolan treatment, except keep the trilogy crime story based. That's why I liked "TDK" the best. It was classic Batman with no prolonged origin stories. Yet they introduced two iconic characters and did them major justice. Of course, such a new trilogy would be a ways off. But Nolan wouldn't have to be involved since his trilogy gives future filmmakers a style and format to aim for.

  15. THE JOKER

@slysnide Oh I do.. I literally have a safe! haha Locked safely away! I don't think they should... I don't think Batman should even be in the JLA film... too many people will compare him to Nolan's films... even though we all know they are not connected

@mcleve02: Whoa, now that is a nice family treasure! I guess I don't have to tell you to cherish it always. ;) And now that Nolan's trilogy is finished, it will be interesting to see what the next Joker will be like, though we probably won't be seeing him again for a really long time.

  17. THE JOKER

@slysnide and yes I completely agree... They just slowly starting making the Joker very cheesy and more of a prankster than what he was originally created to be... I am happy that today, we are getting him back to his roots!

  18. THE JOKER

@slysnide Thank God for family hand me downs... The original 1940's comic book... it truly is my pride and joy! I only have a couple that are like that... most of my comics are reprints... I have a couple that come with read along records! haha

@mcleve02: Of the 1940 original or one of the year 2000 reprints? I got volumes 1 and 2 of the "Batman Chronicles" which reprints all the original stories and covers in chronological order. Gotta say, given how cheesy a lot of them were, the first two Joker stories were particularly dark and more edgy than what they'd written up to that time.

@mcleve02: And that's the original Joker card Jerry Robinson sketched when he first conceived the Joker. Considering that JR was into humor and infused it in most of his early works, then his version of inventing the character is more believable than Bob Kane who plagiarized most of Batman and lied about his inspirations to get away with it. Case in point is that my avatar is the image which started it all.
