New Mexico is so different compare to the city. Lots of mountain surroundings and majority of the people here are Spaniards, Red Indians, Mexicans, Caucasians, & just a few Asians and Indies. No beaches fo' sure other than lakes. I would love to move back to either Vegas or Cali. someday.

Hmmm, my favorite Hawaii movie would be North Shore, Blue Hawaii, 50 First Dates, Crush, 40 Days & 40 Nights. One of my best island film ever would be "Once We're Warriors". So where in the bay area are you from? When I moved to San Jo from Hawaii, I was like 13yrs old & lived in the Bay for about 15yrs. I miss it there so much.
