For football it's gotta be Madden....For baseball I prefer the 'MLB: The Show' series....

Anyone else looking forward to MLB 08? It's coming out in a few weeks and the previews look sweet.....They are adding a bunch of new features to help you scout out online opponents.....and you can play defense in the new 'road to the show' mode....Cool.....
