A lifelong fan (or fans) of the Halloween series should have had the opportunity to remake these movies. I heard in '06 Zombie was doing the first one, and knew instantly without seeing a second of the film or reading another word that (A) Sherri Moon Zombie and the usual cast of Zombie groupies are going to be in it. B) It would have a white trash spin on it. C) It would be a bloodbath. Good for horror movie fans maybe. But this is Halloween. This is not House of 1000 Corpses or Devil's Rejects. People actually care about these films, and now nobody can make a decent Halloween remake because Zombie trashed the entire series. Hey Rob, did you ever stop and think that maybe some of the suspense that propelled the other films was that nobody knew what drove Michael Myers? That nobody knew what was behind that mask? Thanks to you it turns out he is an 8 foot tall dirty hillbilly with a huge beard and a dysfunctional family. Thanks Man! Just how I always pictured it in my mind! DOUCHE BAG...
