Yeah. John got outa Hell. Remember "Roadkill"? At the end Molly finally passes on in a bright light. That's what also happened to John. He may not be in Heaven, but he's definitely not in Hell. We don't know where he is. That's the beauty of Supernatural. It makes you think about what really happens, where you really go, after death. And throughout all the episodes, there are different opinions. Some say it's a better place, others say it's not. But we do know that he's not in Hell, and that he may be with Mary now. Where ever that is. You have to decide what to believe. It's something Supernatural hasn't been straight-forward with: what's after death. Because no one really knows. And I guess we all "cross that bridge when we get to it".
