yeah, Labor Day weekend is always quiet
I'm glad I saw 'Riddick', and it's time the 'Butler' sat this one out
JonSpidey07 gave this a Thumbs Up
only 1 good review and 2 bad ones for this movie

I'm skipping it

I cant wait to buy this
one of my favorite films of the year and I cant get over how crystal clear the special effects are :)

I hate to say this but the film did not do well critically this weekend
32% on Rotten Tomatoes 'A so-so doc*mentary about a fascinating personality, Salinger has moments of insight but is too often bogged down by reenactments and a lack of attention to the man's actual writings.'

sucks
I really think she could play Susan Storm/Invisible Woman in the Fantastic Four reboot

awesome trailer
glad they kept a majority of elements the same from the original

a couple things that are weird: Michael Keaton and Sam Jackson look totally miscast and I hate that they covered the suit in black like G.I. Joe
I can learn to deal with it once the movie opens

sucks we have to wait another month for this
I really hope it's just as fun as the 1st movie
yes I didn't list all of my favorite films by each year, it would take forever but a lot of movies you guys did mention are included

had NO interest in Inception or Kick-Ass
and Star Trek Into Darkness had the best trailers went they debuted, sorry but out of everything else this year that had the most appeal to me

I have different tastes, we all do

this is how everything worked for me yearly with my #1 films:

2002: Spider-Man....BEST MOVIE FRANCHISE EVER!!!
2003: The Matrix Reloaded
2004: Van Helsing
2005: Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
2006: Aquamarine (yes, beating out Dead Man's Chest and X-Men: The Last Stand)
2007: Spider-Man 3
2008: The Dark Knight
2009: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (yes, beating out Hurt Locker)
2010: Toy Story 3
2011: Transformers: Dark of The Moon
2012: The Dark Knight Rises
2013: Star Trek Into Darkness

those are my #1 films by each year
in terms of 2003 as opposed to 2013 it was still a decent year
each year a movie or several others come out it's hard to pick one that's better or is evenly matched to the one before it
I still considered 2007 the BEST YEAR EVER, it's just that the gaps in between nowadays make it hard to recommend everything

for example: 2008 was the WORST YEAR ever personally and film wise for the most part, 2010 was a disappointment, 2012 was okay

damn that was fast!
I thought this was good but the shaky cam was nerve-wracking and I fell asleep in the middle
not pleased with this weekend's turnout
"Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" should have got 2nd place or 1st
