Awesome!!!!! :D :D :D
Somehow when I see this photo though, it makes me want Andy Serkis as Long John Silver... which is a pretty spectacular fan choice, by the way. :p

Good Lord!!!!!!!!! Why would they want to attach a sequel to Blade Runner!?!?!? It's a stand alone classic by itself!!!!!!!! >:(
*looks at who's directing*
Whatever you say, Mr. Scott; I have faith in you. :D

Had fun watching this; it's good to see people on this who're passionate at what they do and do what they can to make their envisions reality. Had faith in Webb ever since I saw (500) Days of Summer and know he's going to give us something truly special with Spiderman.

Well I did some research and this looks like David James Kelly's first debut in anything, by the sounds of it. I know NOTHING of his work and how he shall approach this, so I have nothing to really hold ground on him; I can only hope he is good and knows he has big shoes to fill.
David Slade on the other hand.......... not bad, but nothing great; didn't bother with Twilight, because frankly Twilight sucks big homosexual twinkling coyote testicles that are closeted; Hard Candy honestly seemed to be good only of the performances given (Ellen Page's in particular); and 30 Days of Night I have yet to see, but if anyone cares to fill me in on the blanks, that would be helpful. So like I said.... even he's fairly new to the screen, so I'll give him a chance. *shrugs* Aliens 3 sucked and was horrible, but David Fincher is considered a revelation in directing currently once he developed Se7en.
Now!!!! My favorite part: The Casting of Matt Murdock (yes I spelled his name correctly, opposed to the article). Daredevil needs to have the gruff look of a nearly, or close to, middle age man. So that rules out Robert Pattinson by a long shot; also given, he's not that talented and overrated. Guy Pearce would be wonderful, but he's getting a bit old; and Jason Statham is one I hear a lot: he does the same film over and over again. He's just as overplayed as the idea of Johnny Depp as the Riddler for the third Batman film. It annoys me. We need a chap who has the look, the talent, and overall acting sensibility to pull this role off. And without further to do, here are my choices.
-Jon Hamm: More commonly known as Don Draper on AMC's hit television show Mad Men. He has the chiseled/gruff look, proved himself to be a talented actor, and has reportedly bashed the Kardashians. The last part is biased of me, but I think we can all agree why I think he's my top choice; that and he has the voice I would imagine Daredevil to have, so that gives high hopes.
-Joel Edgerton: I've seen him in a few films such as King Arthur, The Thing, and just a few other films that aren't overly hyped; he's been around for a little bit, but after seeing Warrior, guest staring along Tom Hardy, I came to the conclusion that he is one of the different Joes we have in Hollywood. I thought he did a lovely job in Warrior, and I think if he was pushed to the max as Matther Murdock, that then we would see something new and special on the screen. It could be a tears in the rain choice and just not live up or it could be something spectacular and something to get us nerds RAVING! That and the fellow looks like that Daredevil we would see in some of Miller's most well known works in the 80's.
-Michael Fassbender: "Wait at moment!!! Wasn't he already Magneto in X-Men: First Class!!??!?!" Yes he sure was, and by DAMN was he WONDERFUL!!! The man is an A+ List actor and deserves all the praise he deserves, if not MORE. Even though we've seen split comic characters in different films like Ryan Reynolds with Deadpool and Green Lantern, and Halle Berry with Storm and Catwoman... I REALLY think it's safe to say we're dealing with a far more raw and blessed talent. You could cast the man in any film and as any character, and the film is already become better. Bring up Jonah Hex and after you wipe the blood from your head you'll admit he was the only thing good about the movie, even though it was a talent wasted; that's what happens though with movies though. *coughs* Special Effects makers for Transformers *coughs up lung*
Can't think of anything else at the moment, but when I do I'm sure it'll be equally awesome and a good taste in choice. 8)

Agreed; the fact that he is once again unmasked in public is... overrated and appearing to be a stereotype with Spiderman. However, I won't blast it TOO much, understanding that this IS a reboot: starting completely from scratch. And with the retelling of his origins, becoming Spiderman is going be difficult; he's a smart kid, but this is a troubled teen as well. At this point, he's never had the relationship that he's always wanted with his parents, he's a social outcast in high school, and just when things start going right, it completely blows up in his face!
Decides to get an internship with Oscorp to learn more about his father and in the process gets bitten and undergoes these supernatural changes. And it's hard enough being not being a child but not quite an adult yet, and undergoing normal teenager changes; with Peter Parker, this just got 10x worse! LOL And after these events, he soon looses the only father figure he had who was Uncle Ben and vows to become a superhero removing crime in all directions. Big move, with these new found powers and needing to make decisions no ordinary adult could ever make.
All that being said, Spiderman is just starting off; it's going to take time for him to get used to have 2 lives. One as Peter Parker, and one as Spiderman. And with everything that's going on with him, it must be hard to separate these two different personas. So in reality, the fact that he's going to loose his mask a couple or few times in the film..... really won't at all surprise me. It's overplayed, but I get it. I understand it, and we can hope that if this movie does as well as I think it will, we'll see Garfield portray a great and fresh interpretation of the character. And with that, we might get another film, and hopefully we'll see Peter develop more caution of his identity.... and won't get these moments all of the time.
Because you have to admit... if anyone who plays this missing mask card appropriately... it's Spiderman. Compare it to Batman or Superman.... and that sense of danger, of drama, just isn't the same. It's all dangerous none the less, but just different ball parks.
Btw, this photo, probably my favorite one of the costume; I wasn't fond at first, but after a few I liked it. Now with this one... I love it! :D

This would be SO MUCH BETTER if they got these guys to do a Vegas or Broadway act instead of a film set in contemporary date; the transition they're trying to make into this movie being in modern day would be far more appropriate with a live audience.
The film looks terrible, but god, they guys they chose for the actual Three Stooges are simply brilliant. I worshiped the originals when I was a kid and still do today, so I'm a bit taken back with this whole thing. Like I said however, it would have been a greater delight to see these guys in a live performance rather than a low budget crap movie.

I approve of this new development.

Interesting... plausible theories, but cannot be proven honestly; Scott delivers films with great symbolic and inspired messages, so that alone makes his films brilliant as well as terrifying. I like to think that is what's going to deliver this film as it did for Aliens and Blade Runner.

Now they dumbed down the title............? F*CK THIS SH*T!!!! World's Biggest Flop and Disappointment To Fans coming soon in theaters.

What part of their ideas "SUCK BALLS" do they not get? Seriously, they managed to f*ck up Transformers perfectly, and they WILL find a way to screw up TMNT. They're best defense is that "Hey, the ooze comes from space, aren't they already aliens as it is?" You F*CKING DUMB ASSES, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are quite literally, and within context, genetically altered turtles.
Sure, they're turtles exposed to alienated like substances, but they're F*CKING TURTLES! They're not from outer space!!!! If you're going to clean up for Bay's poor words and lack of direction, at least have the background checked to look good on your end... for all I know at the moment, Liebesman is just as much of an idiot as Michael Bay.
And how do I know this: He's working with Michael Bay. Bye-Bye intelligent and good story telling orient career. You're about to hop into a 4 hour film with a slutty April, the story completely hovering over Casey's point of view, great visual effects tainted by bad story and lens flair, and about 3 minutes screen time with Raph, Leo, Mickey, Don, and Splinter.....
AND OH!!!! Shredder and the Foot will die easily and destroy half the city and kill civilians just bumping into one another while fighting.
Bullsh*t. That's all I have to say.

This response had me pissing my pants because he sounds like he knows what he's doing. *slaps knee and rolls on floor*

My message to Michael Bay:
Okay Michael Bay, f*ckface. First, take a big step back... and literally f*ck your own face! I don't know what kind of dumb-ass-money laundering bullsh*t ideas play you're trying to pull here, but Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Bay, is my territory. So whatever you're thinking, you'd better think again! Otherwise I'm gonna have to head down there and I will rain down an ungodly f*cking firestorm upon you! You're gonna have to call f*cking Spielberg and Dreamworks and get a f*cking binding resolution to keep me from f*cking destroying you. I am talking scorched-earth, motherf*cker! I will massacre you! I will f*ck you up!
