I would rather they make a movie about chun li first,and then ken and ryu.If they mess the fist 1 up they can find out what they did wrong and fix it for the next movie about ken and ryu.... thats thinking in a negative point of view.
Chun li is a smart, young and beautiful women. She's the most popular female character in street fighter history. She's known to be the queen of video games,she's way over do for a movie.. so what if ken and ryu aren't in the first movie,this is another street fighter's point of view, if we just want to see ken and ryu point of view all the time then whats the point in having the other characters. sh*t,would you buy a game that only has ken and ryu in it...i understand the whole "macho man"/"man power" thing and I can't wait to see a live action ken and ryu but you guy's are bitching and crying about nothing,and would you honestly rather have an origin story about Dhalsim or Zangief than Chun li....(cat fights)
Chun Li origin story is a perfect idea to bring all the street fighters together based on her past with shadowloo.and if your a True Fan you will support the movie....at least before the trailer comes out.........

the fist one was vary bad, you see all street fighters have their own story of how they became "street fighter". the fist sf movie was all smashed together for the sake to bring all the street fighter 2 characters in together,and it wasn't serious at all "they" were making a movie to have fun with the characters,but the Fans weren't laughing>:\. the new one is bass on one character,so they can explain why she's there in the first place and it's more serious and faithful to the story.and then they can tell other stories to bring in more characters in other movies.

Christin Bail doesn't look anything like Bruce Wayne in the comics also Christopher Reeves as well,but they did a really good job playing their role. and if you look at Shinkiro's version of Chun-Li you will see she looks like her,He's like the Japanese Alex Ross or Adam Hughes. I would compare his art work more then the other ones because his is way more realistic looking.

first of all Smallville has been on for 7 years going on 8, they have to be doing something right. Ya, Meggie Q would be a great chun li,BUT! it's an origin story so they would need someone just a little bit younger;) .Meggie Q is half Vietnameses I know you don't care and I also don't care ether, as long as she can play the part,but some Chinese wouldn't like that one at all .some people are complaining that Kristin is not full Chinese.Imagine what they would do if she played a Chinese character and not being Chinese at all. Kristin Kreuk is still the best actress for this film.

Asking Kristen Kreuk to play Chun li is like asking Hugh Jackman to play wolverine,there is no one else.

returns sucked, why?

1) returns is bass after superman 2 and that was 1980,if superman was gone for 5 years and came back and it was 1985, why is everything so modern. and why does Louis and Clark look younger.

2)giving Louis Lane a different look.if you look for a Reeves you should look for a Kidder.and acting sucked for the characters

3) giving young Clark glasses

4)having a kid. guy's want to be free and fly

Doomsday didn't kill superman, Bryan Singer did..... It would have been a better movie if he had separated his superman movie from the other movies. I just thought about it... no it would still suck. and he's going to make a another one. maybe this time his son will help .that would be more gayer than batman and robin, at least it's not batman own son.lol

Seriously!! who can play Chun Li that looks like Chun Li .I'm not saying some chines girl who can do marshal arts ,I'm saying some one who looks actually like chun li.Chun li looks 50% asian and Kristin is 50% asian.Ok this is an origin story so they need someone young,so Lucy Liu and Michelle Yeoh are out of the pitcher.Ziyi Zhang is good with marshal arts and vary hot so you'd think she'd win. but no one want to hear broken english. you may say it gives it a more realistic "speaking" of an "asian girl". but I say no one wants to hear broken english....... and Kristin Kreuk wins by a knock out. shes the closest looking asian actress that looks like Chun Li, she's not old, and she's speaks perfect english. because no one wants to hear broken english, especially in an origin story.Did you know that Kristin is in to gymnastics, which gives her the right to be Chun Li. Kristin Kruke is Chun Li weather you like it or not.

Yes, a live action movie can't wait. Just remember all you "hardcore" anime fans it's a live action movie from hollywood so don't get your hopes up with this movie. Just see it for the action and you'll be fine. I learned that from watching superman returns, man did that movie sucked >:D.
