how am i over reacting? The first game came out in 2001 and since then has pulled in 24 million dollars in sales topping every other gaming franchise out there, except for Super Mario. The world of Halo has so much going for it that it doesnt even need a great story to work for the big screen and yet it hasn't happened. Why? Cause it wont... and if it does, big IF, but if it does it will be 6 or 7 years down the road when people will have lost interest in it.

if this movie was gonna happen it would have already happened... too much money at stake for it not to have happened. i do see a tv series working out, but that probably wont last more than a season either
