no none of my pics r from Civil War, the one with all the heroes fighting (i;m guessin that is the one that u thought was from Civil War) is actually from New Avengers #50 i think, either way it is the New Avengers fighting the Dark Avengers. Civil War was good though, alot of ppl didn't like the end, but i'm easy to please i guess. did u just get into comics?

And yea, I agree. I want the bad guys to not really win, but I don't want the good guys to win either. I want Megatron or someone, to have the final win. I want the good guys to have their ass kicked and come back, only to be defeated, and the third movie, with Unicron to be their redemption.

Yeah, thats really my only worry. Its Gloin thats Gimlis father, and yeah, that would be awesome if Gleeson got the role. People might be a bit confused though by it, but fuck people. lol. They had just better have all 13 dwarves. Bifur and Bofur dont play much of a role, but you cant have Bombur(the fat one) without having his brothers. Ron Perlman is my guess for Thorin, since this is a Del Toro movie, lol. Who do you think would make a good Beorn?

All of those for sure. Im also looking forward to Public Enemies, WHere the Wild Things Are, Inglourious Basterds, A Christmas Carol....shit I cant even think of them all, theres so many awesome ones coming out this year. Im glad Peter Jackson stayed on as Executive Producer. Hopefully he keeps Del Toro from taking it too far. Im just worried that Del Toro thinks he can do whatever he wants with the book, like add creatures that arent even in the book. Thats my main worry. Seeing monsters and shit that arent mentioned in the book. Other then that, I couldnt be happier. lol

Its gonna be fucking epic. I cant wait to see how Smaug turns out, and whos voice they use. I wanna hear some casting decisions as well, like whos playing Bilbo for one. It would be cool if they kept Ian Holm involved in some aspect, because hes just way too old now to be returning to Bilbo. Hopefully he narrates it or something. They need a new and young Bilbo though. They had better keep all the fucking dwarvs. Im a bit worried that Del Toro may slice and dice it and giveit his own treatment and make it mroe like a Hellboy movie than a Hobbit movie. Oh well, either way its gonna be insane. What other movies you looking forward to?

YO PEEP THIS LOL...A tipster sends word today of trouble having befallen the Philadelphia set of Transformers 2, where an extra was reportedly thrown off the shoot for conduct detrimental to the blockbuster. To wit: Reginald Brown, a regular contributor to Transformers producer Don Murphy's dysfunctional message boards, had nabbed the plum role of "Man Eating Hamburger" in one of the film's action sequences. Then, under his nom de fanboy Hedgehog, Brown filed a dispatch from wardrobe:

I took a glance at the clothing racks for SHIA and MEGAN too. I think I saw some really cool clothes for some character, then I saw MILITARY UNIFORMS then other clothing that the main characters were wearing. I like the jacket that SHIA is going to wear, it looks like something I would buy.
Whatever, right? Even Murphy himself shrugged: "Reg didn't sign [a non-disclosure agreement] to be on here ... If you think Reg is gonna have access to anything meaningful except a PB&J sandwich you're as confused as he seems to be." But then Brown tried to corner Michael Bay.

Apparently that constituted something akin to the Watergate break-in for the denizens of DonMurphy.net, where rumors flew almost within minutes:

I heard that Hedge was told by the casting people to STFU and not post if he wanted to be used. I heard that his guest spot was pushed from yesterday to today. I was told that it basically was like a burger ad- Hedge is eating a huge ass burger with the works when a robot comes smashing down next to him. He looks, has no reaction and goes to finish the burger. I heard that he tried to get a minute with Bay alone today at noon eastern time to "Learn him some Transformers."

Not long afterward, color came our way that made the picture a sort of sad, slanted masterpiece:

Bay had a plate of pasta and was headed to his trailer with his script supervisor to discuss the afternoon's work. Hedgehog approached him saying "Michael" like they were Bros. Michael turned and shot him a look. Ian Bryce (producer) and his assistant blocked Hedge. Can we help you? they asked. No said Hedge, I need to learn Michael about Transformers while I am here. Ian signalled for two set security guards who escorted him off, screaming "But I'm a Don Murphy STOOOOOGE". He was paid his two days wages, returned his wardrobe and left. Many threats were repeated, along with "I never liked Bay's dumbass shit anyways."
Now that is a martyr. Keep fighting the good fight, Mr. Brown, hamburger bit parts be damned.

Cheers for the compliment HJ. But i am almost like two different people, posting up silly comments now and again. Like saying the villains for Spidey 4 will be the director and script writer. That sort of stuff. Meant for amusement, and get the odd lmao in reply to it every so often. Notice you like LOTR. I'm not an obsessive about it (after all, my fave film is Alien) but don't go into an in-depth conversation with me about it unless you have a spare hour or 2.
