The Narrator, 100% right. I think the mob will be integral to the plot though. Bane maybe being the new breed of mobster, catwoman having her personal problems with the mob & (not sure if it was just a rumour or not) Marion Cotillards character be it Talia running things. Just a thought.

Nolan said no to the Riddler, so thats not the part. Nolan wont mess up his own film, if he thinks he needs another villain, so be it. Sure it will be great.

I cant wait to see what he is goin to do with Bane. Hope CGI is kept to a minimum.

I look forward to seeing Nolans take on Bane & Selina/Catwoman.

The Croc rumour has been around for a while. I know the old aguement about realism. But If Nolan, went with it I'm sure he'd make it work. Talia, for the love interest would be an interesting plot & would give the trilogy a tie-in moment. Black mask I thing is the more likly of all to be in it, they need the tie to the mobster underworld & I think its a perfect reflection on Batman. A hero who wears a mask & a villain who wears a mask. Hugo Strange, as the man to push Batman all the way? possible. Scarecrow will, no doubt be making an apperance, it would be hard to give them screen time. Either way, I wait for Nolans word. J_A_OTTLEY, When you hear more, let us know. If this is true, Great News. Hope Nolan drops the curtain soon & lets us know the scratch.

Everything comes to an end. Its best to end on a trilogy. Not all trilogy's are faultless, but Nolans Batman has the potential to be one of the best. If you try to carry on & on with any character, you can destroy all the good work & story that went before. Indiana jones, Star Wars jump to mind.

Its good to hear, that like me & others on this site, that Bale doesn't belive the rumour mill. Hopefully Nolan will give us clear details soon. & Hopefully he will make this one of the greatest trilogy's of all time.

Nolan could put a realistic spin on many of the "fantasy" villain's. I just hope he would put us all out of are misery. He's bringing it full circle, got to be someone who will take him all the way & put gotham in the most danger....

I quoted myself wrong when I said about the Joker. What i ment, that we all had the Joker as a guy who fell in chemicals that changed his face, into a clown like apperence. That was the story, set in stone. Nolan took his own take on the Joker, Maybe he could adapt a unrealistic villain into a relistic world. Thats what i was getting at.

But i i'm sure either way, Nolan will get the villain right.

I know what you guys mean. But he could put a different spin on those villains that seem unrealistic. You guys are probly right, no doubt.

I agree, but who fits & who cant be adapted to fit into his realism. I bet more than half of the people on this site, didnt see how THE JOKER would fit. What Nolan doe's is take something that is impossible & makes it seem plausible.
