This is so lame and tacky. They're a covert team. They don't do what they do for acclaim. They kick ass and take names. Honor their achievements and their successes (what little is public knowledge), but a clothing line and movie franchise. God I hate the mouse. They've given us some cool movies and decent rides, but this is so "Not Cool."

Nooooooo!!! The original executive producers of Smallville stepped down after season 7 and look how horrible the show has turned out. I'll still watch it, but not have high hopes for it.

Regardless if whether you liked the story or not. Regardless of whether you liked the movie or not. In the end, all the studio execs and investors care about is dollar signs. And as long as Avatar continues to make money, James Cameron will continue to be King of the World.

I agree ComicBookFan.
Reboot the whole franchise. Just like Batman Begins. Start with Krypton, show Brainiac in the background as a conniving super-computer that witholds the destruction of the planet. Show baby Kal-El, crash land on earth and raised by the Kents. Maybe a brief introduction of Smallville, they already have the TV series. Show him in Metropolis, with Lois and Jimmy. Have Lex as an upstart Multi-Billionaire, who discovers the remnants of Brainiac and rebuilds him to kill superman. And in the 3rd act of the movie, it should be an all out slugfest of survival of the fittest. And at the end of the movie, just like the end of Batman Begins, set up the stage for Darkseid. Roll Credits, (John Williams score) |

Get ready for Seinfeld and Everybody Loves Raymond on the big screen. Can we all say enough with TV sitcoms made into hollywood movies.

Dude, Rocky needs to retire and stay retired. And please leave the Robocop franchise alone. Can't Hollywood execs come up with any "new" ideas.

This movie looks "sick," Ironman was the sh*t and the Hulk looks good, but "The Dark Knight" will rule comic book movies this year. Don't forget the R-rated Punisher War Zone as well.

wrote a comment about the news item Robocop and Red Dawn to Be Remade?
Robocop is a cult classic and does not need to be remade. I liked Red Dawn, but could care less if it gets remade. Murphy, on the other hand, needs to be left alone. I also heard rumors that Escape from New York was going to be remade. Any cult classic should be left alone, what's next John Carpenter's "The Thing."
