Just like the title, this franchise slid through fast, and I'm gonna be furious when it ends next summer, lame pun, I know, but we all have our moments. I remember when I was just a kid and the first one came out, I went to the theaters to see the 2nd one, then the 3rd one came out, and after seeing that one, everybody wanted more 'cause of the way it ended, but the 4th one didn't turn out exactly the way we all planned, but it was still better than Tokyo Drift. Ever since then I saw that they were turning these movies into a huge blockbuster hit franchise, then they announced after the 5th one came out how many more there was gonna be before it ends. Dom, Brian, we had a good run, but it seems like it may be time to cross the finish line and drive home.

@undeadslayer4 Exactly, but they probably have another power which is regenerating, so they could have been regenerating the whole time and show up alive again in the second one. You can't really question a writer when it comes to slick moves like that, as long as there's a reason behind it and it makes sense, then they can pull it off without question. It's possible. I'm not saying he won't come back, but it wouldn't make sense 'cause they would be slowly killing off each main character and putting in a completely different cast. That would just ruin the whole story to Chronicle.

@undeadslayer4 Well it wouldn't make sense if they used different kids 'cause honestly, only some movies are ok when it comes to using a completely different cast with a sequel, I'm really getting tired of it happening with blockbuster hits such as Chronicle, and we don't know the full story of what Landis has in mind for where he's planning on taking the scene. The 1st one was only the beginning, and people are always looking forward to something totally different, something new, something they never seen done before, and when the 1st Chronicle came out, there it was, a superhero movie so different that nobody has seen anything like the way Landis wrote it. Somehow bringing back Andrew and Steve most likely 'cause another power they never knew they had is regenerating could be the next new thing we could see happening.

@felipe-11 Well since you're aiming it in that direction, there is a chance that he comes back as a super villain, but in a way, I can't really see that happening, 'cause he never really was a villain in the 1st movie to begin with, it was his anger that took control of him and he used his powers as an advantage to cause mayhem and took his anger out on everything. He was living a sh*tty life at home and at school, no matter where he went, he was being abused which is why he did all those things, so he may actually come back to his senses and they would present somebody else as the villain. Also Andrew really did die, but he may not really be dead as I said, we saw what happened to him at the end of the 1st one, they showed Matt push that statue's arrow through Andrew's body.

@felipe-11 Well they mentioned long before that the 2nd one would be about the world's first super villain, and for all we know, Steve and Andrew may not really be dead, 'cause really we didn't see much going on in the first movie, all they showed was them discovering they now have powers which was the flight and telekinesis, but who is not to say that regenerating could be another power that they all have and they just don't know it yet. After all the whole time in the first movie they were just training their powers to become stronger, and since they just gotten their powers, the regenerating is probably taking a long time to do. You know what they always so, it takes awhile the first time.

They should bring back Matthew Farrel in the 6th one. While they were starting on making the 5th, they were talking about keeping him in it, he even said he would like to be in the 5th, but they left him out. They could add him in the 6th and write the story to where another crime happens caused by someone who Farrel knew and he helped him out with something without knowing he was gonna use it for bad, and John needs his help to stop him.

@zachary Summers The order they go in is 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, then 3. The third one is the final movie, it's why with the 4th and 5th film were both prequels and both had Han in it. They already confirmed it awhile back, they're not going to make one taking place after Tokyo Drift. The rest of them are prequels leading to Tokyo Drift.

They didn't even post the Iron Man 3 titled by itself, they just put The Avengers 2, Thor 2 and Captain America 2 by themselves, then just put the Iron Man 3 titled in with 2 of the others and left out The Avengers 2 from the last one.

My first thought when I just read about this was "So they're now actually making a movie of 'Need for Speed'?", Well this is gonna be the second street racing movie to be turned into a franchise. And of course they're gonna plan a sequel for it, they do for EVERY movie coming out these days, they either make a sequel, prequel, reboot or remake. No matter the movie, they always try to come up with a good storyline for another sequel. But honestly I don't really care, though, if it's a movie that I love to watch, then I don't care how many sequels they make for it, just as long as it's good and it makes sense.

@felipe-11 This isn't the first time I complained about the reboot, I been complaining about it ever since Webb first announced that he was writing the script for it and started to film it. I said a sh*t load of things but I think we all know that film makers don't bother to read these comments. I basically said everything I could think of about why making this movie was a really bad idea. If they want more money, and more people to watch it, they need to make a 4th Spider-Man. In fact I just graduated high school on the 8th and i'll be heading into college sometime, and one of my majors will be film making, and i'll make sure that any movie franchise I make doesn't get rebooted or re-made, cause it's my movie and i'll do what I want with it. Plus I don't want any of them re-made, I'm gonna make mine from beginning to end, and once it's over, then that's it, it's over. Depending on the story-line though, i'll think about doing a prequel.

From what I heard a couple of years back is that the reason why they rebooted Spider-Man is cause something about Tobey McGuire is too old to be playing Spider-Man, something like he's supposed to be in his late 20's or early 30's or something I don't know, but what some film makers need to realize is to STOP rebooting, remaking or whatever these great summer hit films, I mean really all 3 of the original Spider-Man films did so great in the box office, they made so much money. It's the same with any actor, when it comes to a movie as great as Spider-Man, leave it alone, cause Tobey McGuire is what made Spider-Man come alive, he is and always will be Spider-Man, this new movie is gonna flock without McGuire. Noone can replace him. I mean I'm still gonna check it out to see how it is, but I'm saying now that it's gonna suck ass. Plus from the trailers, it looks like Webb basically just took all 3 movies and put them into one.

@Mutant Actually, some comedies now a days are still good comedies, it just takes a team of really good comedians to put great and new ideas together, hell some things you see in movies are only funny once, others are funny more than once, depending on how long it's been since you seen it, that is. The last movie I saw that was funny as sh*t was The Avengers, and I mean that movie had everyone in the theater laughing so damn hard.

I love these movies alot, I got 1, 3 and 4, but to me, the thing is with these movies, is the 4th one didn't make sense to me as far as the setting of where the film took place, like in the 3rd, Alice was saying how the earth began to wither and die and it showed how the earth looked before the outbreak then started to turn all land and dirt when the virus took over completely and everywhere that Alice traveled to before she caught up with everyone else was nothing but towns and cities that looked like an extremely huge desert. Even Las Vegas was like that, but in the 4th one, it didn't have none of that. Everything was exactly how it looked in the first 2 movies. But I loved the 4th one though, it was good.

@jimthar Well the way they put it is that if the next installment doesn't have that person back in as the main character but show something having to do with that person whether its a picture or they're in it for like 5 seconds or 2 min, then they consider them a cameo in it.
