@ejk1 I'm not arguing over the fact that they are no name actors... I was simply stating that they aren't just lending their voices... Go to YouTube and watch Andy Serkis and the cast from Avatar behind the scenes in their respective movies.... They are 100% acting out every single movement down to the facial expressions, and all of that shows in the CGI character in the final film.... Once again not arguing over casting... I'm not about crusifying a movie before anything has been shown... Simply stating that your outlook on the amount of input the actors have on their characters is a bit simplistic... That's all

@ejk1 because they will be Mo-Cap, the turtles will more than likely resemble the actors... such as Mark Ruffalo's Hulk, Avatar or Andy Serkis' Gollum etc... not trying to argue just stating that now-a-days in movies like this that use Mo-Cap its not just the actors voice they use

@ejk1 they will be Mo-Cap so they will actually have to act... Much rather would've had Blake, Ders, Adam and Corey doing the voices but and I'm a bit bummed that they aren't... However I still have hope in this film

The fact the Blake, Ders and Adam Aren't Mike, Leo and Raph upsets me!

i cant be the first to think that this is a black version of meet the parents can I!? just in the trailer alone the parallels are found throughout. Guy going to meet parents of girlfriend to ask for their daughters hand in marriage, key hard nosed over protective father, key pet that doesn't get along with the boyfriend, key boyfriend doing everything wrong whilst meeting parents, key boyfriend finding out secrets on the father.... SPOILER ALERT! the father ends up liking the boyfriend and they start to share common bonds and over the span of two unnecessary sequels they get married and have kids.... already seen this movie and probably done better the first time

there will clearly be a secondary villain in the second installment. They are currently searching to cast Harry Osbourne, and i feel like the Osbourne's will have a puppeteer type role in TASM2 Setting up the Goblin as the main villain in the 3rd... just my opinion though

@2movieguys really!? you are complaining about them remaking the 20th grossing movie of 1984!!!? the 20th highest grossing movie of 2011 was Rango... who gives a F about Rango... for a movie that was made during all of MGM's financial problems it doesnt look as bad as expected for a movie that was put on the shelf for a few years... not saying its gonna be a hit but you cant tell me its gonna be a flop either... dont be so negative about something you know nothing about, its a trailer... take it for what its worth, btw they changed it to North Korea because the Soviet Union doesnt exsit anymore DA

The fact that Movieweb as a company would openly post a thread on whether or not they should fire one of their employees is not only unethical but it is ABSOLUTELY unprofessional.... what Orange did was wrong from a journalistic standpoint.... but someones future at a company should be an internal decision not one that should be plastered on an open forum for the world to see.... I guess this just goes to show how the big wigs at Movieweb.com run their business... shameful

Nvm according to IMDB Ray Park will be coming back as snake eyes.... But IMDB is like the wikipedia of movie sites so it could be BS info....

Maybe someone can help me out here.... From this interview it seems Channing Tatum will reprise his role as Duke.... But does anyone know if Snake Eyes is gonna be back.... I haunt heard so much as a peep as to whether or not he is gonna be in it.... If not it won't feel like a GI Joe movie for me

@phil-mata im pretty sure it was the fact that he was also in Christopher Nolan's Inception that landed him the role in TDKR.... same as Joseph Gordon Levitt and Marion Cotillard....

@mastersoto im gonna start off by saying this story is no where near the actual telling of Sleeping Beauty... but in rebuttal to you statement on making a fairy tale exactly as they are and offending authors.... sleeping beauty, the little mermaid, snow white, pinocchio, cinderella, alice in wonderland etc.... are actually extremely old stories.... so there really is no offending authors... and second the disney movies you see are actually extremely glittered up versions of the original stories.... the original stories are VERY gritty and dark and abviously not fit for children, which is why they changed from the source material, and most falsely believe that the disney stories are original, in fact Lion King was Disney's first origianl story.... most come from medievil campfire stories it wasnt until the German Brother's Grimm books that these stories were put into ink... you will be seeing more gritty dark live action fairy tales trust me....

@thedude-abides i'm gonna have to agree with you here... lemmie start by saying, there seems to be a common trend with the first trailers of these latest super hero movies in that they all sucked! BUT they all seemed to redeem themselves with the latter trailers and promo's.... however i'm not one to pass a signed sealed verdict on any movie until i've seen it in it's entirety. Now after saying that i do believe the hype of these 3 movies (and i'm in the same boat) has cause us to want it to be great rather than seeing it for what it really is.... the images and clips of Hal on Oa are quite beautiful, but what i've seen while he is on Earth looks a bit.... for a lack of a better word.... rough. As big of a Marvel/DC fan as i am, i hope each and every one of these upcoming movies will live up to expectations, but how realistic is it to believe that they all can? this is all IMHO
