>Like I said. My research was having friends who've gotten cats through the RSPCA and have been told to let the cats out.
Find me proof that backs that up, and I'll swallow it. You know the internet, find me proof and I'll own it. First off, we have no idea if they got killed or not. They could have just wandered off and never came back. Secondly, they do have a cat-house that is quite sufficient for keeping them safe from animals and the elements. Ok....but you said they were all killed. Either way they didn't come back so it's a good guess. Use logic my friend. The RSPCSA (it's the humane society). Sorry, I just have a thing for being a responsible pet owner. |

I don't think that it's racist to have Anakin played by a white guy, but IMO Jar Jar was a racist stereotype. The housekeepers in Gone With the Wind were played by black people, and they were stereotypes too.
Ah well to each their own :) |

HUH? :?
I know lots of people who own cats and if they try to adopt a cat through the RSPCA one of the requirements is that they let the cat out. Cats aren't like dogs, they're much more indipendant and so it's not cruel to let them go out alone. HUH?, yourself! That's absurd! I'd like to see evidence of this, seeing as the RSPCA is against outdoor cats. http://www.rspcawa.asn.au/Information/cat.htm According to their own site: Responsibilities of Cat Ownership All cats require adequate shelter from the elements, protection from natural or man-made enemies such as other cats, dogs or motor cars, a correct and balanced daily diet and the opportunity to take exercise. It is the owner who must bear the responsibility if a cat bites or scratches a human, kills wildlife, causes damage to property, creates noise or other pollution, or is the direct cause of some other cost to society. Owners must ensure that cats receive proper veterinary care when they are ill and must watch their cats to detect signs of illness or injury. The RSPCA recommends that all cats be kept indoors from dusk to dawn. You should do a bit of research before claiming things like that, Carl ;) Exactly. Why do you tihnk they have claws? Thayre made to fend for themselves. Theyre not stupid animals like Dogs are. Plus, I live on a farm, what would be the point of keeping a farm cat in doors? They're supposed to catch mice. Um...so your cats are smart and that's why they keep getting killed by coyotes? Yeah that sounds brilliant to me  I've been studying about animal cruelty/ownership since I was old enough to read, and I've also done volunteer work with the humane society here. It should also be known that I'm going to be going to University to be a vet once I move out to Saskatoon, so I have an idea about what I'm talking about ;) I understand that you've got farm cats and they should be outside for a bit to catch mice and all that, but not at night when coyotes are out. You said yourself they keep getting eaten, and that could be prevented. I'm not saying you HAVE to keep them in, just don't tell me that it's what's best for all cats because that's just not true. |

I just saw it last night, and I think I was about 50/50 on it. I loved the action scenes, but I found the scenes where it had to rely on dialog to be really bland, and the animation looks quite choppy when the pace slows down.
I love that rock stars do the voices of the bad guys (Rob Zombie as the Lizard!), and I think it's funny that Spidey is voiced by Doogie Howser  Mary Jane was hot! :D |

If by kiddy theme do you mean all the racist kiddies? I think he's one of the most offensive characters I've ever seen, and I'm far from politically correct so if something offends me, it has to be REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALLY bad.

I hated Space Jam. It was an insult to the memory of Mel Blanc (genius), and it was a really boring (and I found it stupid).

plus cats can take care of themselves as long as there's trees around.
Says the man whose cats keep getting killed. Cats are domestic animals, that means they should live in the house. Also, were they fixed? If not they are adding to the number of strays that wind up having to be put to sleep in shelters. The Humane society will not give you a cat if they think it will be an outdoor cat, because it's not fair o the animal. |
|

why bother having a cat at all, then? that's not fair to the poor kitty.

that's why I don't let my cats outside. 8O

I agree....I mean, has Bill Murray ever failed? The Man Who Knew too little blew...but I can't think of anything else that was that disappointing!
I liked The Man Who Knew Too Little  , I thought the writing wasn't anything great but Bill Murray was fantastic in it. I wasn't too keen on Osmosis Jones, though. |

cats piss in the house and cough sh*t up on your bed when you're sleeping in it.
That's never cheered me up..... |

ew, we weren't talking about f*cking dogs, that's gross Clark.
(and it's nice nice to call people stupid just because they are talking about something you're not interested in, anyway) |

Grandma lives about 20 minutes away from here, actually close to where Daphne is located.
There is a chance that we'll keep one, but we're not sure. They are Toy Poodles. One is black, the other is chocolate brown, the one we gave away is black/silver and the mother is silver. There's gonna be a puppy near me?? 8O lemme know where it is, I'll go squeeze it's little head. I love toy poodles. I'm sorry you had to give one up, that's sad :( . On a similar note, I was walking in high park and we came across a woman with a toy chihuahua and I asked her (after petting it and it licking my hand) if it was a 'toy chihuahua and her response was "no...it's real" I explained to her (condescendingly) that 'toy' is a BREED OF DOG and she looked rather confused. Honest to god, the things you hear when you don't have a gun. |

Red's a weeny, I say we all ignore him until he goes back to his solid gold movie theatre house and sobs himself to sleep on his Citizen Kane pillow cases.
He's not going to stop being a dick, this is all he has in life, obviously so let's just ignore and pity him. |
