Well, I actaully just got through it for my first time. I now know what you mean by 'soft-porn'. I thought it was a masterful piece of work. A good reason for me being a Stanley Kubrick fan.

I definitely can't wait for a Chris Carter original. The X-Files may be long gone, but its draw is still there for countless fans. Bring on Scully and Mulder. We love it.
