wrote a comment about the news item James Marsden Runs with Straw Dogs
At first I hated that they were remaking the film, and hated the relocation of it to the states.
However, placing it in the deep South seems to make sense, maybe even more so than the original English setting. And casting James Marsden-an actor with a long history of playing the goody-two-shoes character (with Sex Drive as a notable exception), has me intrigued. To put it bluntly, now I'm a bit interested... |

Good news. A PG-13 Punisher would make as much sense as an R-rated Barney movie.
I thought Thomas Jane nailed the Punisher. Why the change? |

reviewed the movie Tropic Thunder
"Silly, and by no means flawless, but ultimately a hilarious farce well worth the 10 bucks you'll probably have to pay to see it."

reviewed the movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
"Full of classic "Indy" moments, Spielberg's masterful direction, and some seriously incredible action set-pieces, Indy4 is a worthy addition to the series"
