They might just wait about 10 years and get a fresh start after the disaster that Salvation was): 1. James Cameron 2. Steven Spielberg 3. Peter Jackson 4. Christopher Nolan 5. Ridley Scott Transformers 3 should still be directed by Michael Bay, no doubt. I'm sure he would be able to redeem himself after Revenge of the Fallen, which really wasn't that awful, it just wasn't nearly as good as the first one. And yes, the last action scene in Revenge sucked, but the battles in Shanghia and in the forrest where awesome. Anyway, Transformers 3 needs to be different! And I don't know much about the original Transformers universe, but I have been doing some research, and I personally would like to see some of these things: -Unicron needs to be in this one. -It would be cool to have a big reveal scene about the story in an area that resembles something of the Snowy Mountains. -Since Megatron isn't dead yet, he should team up with Optimus about halfway through the movie, after Optimus kills Starscream in a quick little battle sequence(...or something like that). -A huge cargo helicopter could transform at a high altitude while carrying Optimus, Bumblebee, Ironhide, Sam Witwicky, Ct. Lennox, Megatron(turned Autobot) and Starscream's seemingly "dead" body. This leads to Optimus, Megatron, Ironhide, and Bumblebee fighting the cargo helicopter and Starscream while freefalling thousands of feet and trying to protect Sam and Lennox at the same time. -Re-introduce Sideswipe and give him something to do. -Since half of the cast from both movies are pretty much unneeded, they might as well bring back Jon Voight and kill off some of the other main human characters as well. -An action scene should go from a nasty swamp to a tropical rain forest and ending on a huge mountain-side(...I think it would be cool) -Show more of that badass tank that Megatron transforms into. -Not as much over-the-top humor such as the bathroom scene at the Smithsonian Museum in Fallen. -Starscream ends up killing Megatron, so Megatron soon becomes Galvatron, but secretly still has an alliance formed with the Autobots that isn't fully revealed until the end. -I persoanlly would love to see a final showdown on a robot planet, similar to the planet in Revenge of the Fallen, but only with Optimus and Megatron fighting alongside eachother while fighting only one or two big enemies (nothing over 4 robots total for the entire fight scene).
