also my i add that Favreau went along with the comics...Tony Stark has never had a secret identity. Iron Man is Tony Stark. So the ending was no surprise. And if that wasnt the ending you probably would have been complaining about something else. Iron Man and The Dark Knight are the two pinnacles of comic book movies. each perfectly representing each specific comic book company (marvel and DC) I rank TDK and Iron Man equally as fantastic and well done.

hey newboy. thanks for the actual thoughtful response and respect of my opinion as opposed to the usual bashing and name calling. I can understand why one might not like some of his newer stuff, just wanted to throw my hat into the mix and argue the positive side of things. Can't help but be a loyal burton fan.

I would have to argue on the fact that Tim Burton's movies are generally crap. I think you can almost always rely on Burton to create a wonderfully entertaining and interesting world that draws you deep into his world. I know lots of people hated Charlie and the Chocolate Facotry but for those who loved the book as a kid it was much more faithful and therefore an interesting portrayal (in no way can it compare to the original 70's version of course). Planet of the Apes was campy...i cant really aruge that one. And sweeny todd? apart from altering the orignal score to accomadate depp's voice it was a beautifully done movie. Also you all seem to be forgetting about Burton's triumph Big Fish. That movie was a beautiful movie every which way you look at it. Then throw his work in from batman, nightmare, beetlejuice, edward scissorhands, and ed wood. And you have one director who you can count on to always create a wonderully charming visually appealing, and one hell of a story.

woah hey. Comrade is right. The pick of Whiplash that came out a few weeks ago was him on a racetrack. We now know that Whiplash is going to interrupt this race and we are going to get a decent fight and exploding cars.

Also time period wise. This will most likely take place in the same time period as Iron Man and TIH. However the story will take place in Asgard the home world of the Norse Gods.

Please see munich, and i really think you should re-evaluate schindler's list. It is an amazing piece of cinema the deserves its hype and honors. Thank you for admitting Saving private ryan is excellent film because i firmly believe that it one of the few perfect movies out there.

Newkill, its fine that you dont like Spielberg I mean not everyone can love the same thing. However you must admit that some of his work such as Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, and Munich are very excellent films. I myself am i huge Spielberg fan but i try to understand others views, and i think that it is unfair for you to completely condemn all of his work. He is a very talented director and he helped revolutionize the movie industry. So you can not enjoy his movies but you cannot doubt his importance and talent.

hey guys...sorry i was out for a couple hours...but to get back to the question at hand, the picture i have is actually Captain America in Iron Mans armor. This picture is from a what if comic. IT was reveled in the comic that Tony Stark gave Steve Rogers a gift of Iron Man armor for emergencies. i think Steve rocks the cap armor.
