I am holding my judgement until I see reviews. The CG is still flawed to the point of killing suspension to disbelief and I still can't get over how bad his eyes look. Over all it looks cool, but I can not jump on the bandwagon yet. I am just being cautious.

A little late to the party on announcing this...they started film May 6th in India and then Monday they started filming in London.

HAHA instead of seeking out a project that's not like Twilight she picks up another that's just more brooding teenage girls. This is the woman who was claiming sexism because they didn't give her an interview for The Fighter. New flash! It's not because you're female it's because you're bad at what you do and you've type casted yourself as a crappy brooding teenage girl movie director.

@jptheredskull I know they are. That's why they look like crap. It's like they didn't even try.
The poster should be mine because Spurlock is one of the filmmakers that inspired me to become a filmmaker. I love his movies and his prematurely cancelled tv show. It would be a fantastic addition to my small by growing collection of movie posters.

This is so much better than what we've seen before, but can they not figure out his eyes look HORRIBLE in the mask?

Just what we need more mediocre movies from a mediocre director. I loved THX 1138 and American Graffiti, but the prequels are horrible and 5 (The best Star Wars) wasn't directed by him. It's probably the reveal of everything that will be on the Blu-rays. I still hate the fact that he's releasing all of them in 3D.
I do wish they'd lower theatre ticket prices (I still go to the theatre close to 2-3 times a month), but I stand by the directors. No VOD. Keep it in theatres!

Is no one worried that it sounds like they want to release sequels to First Class as well as 4 and 5 in the same time frame? So what 2011 First Class, 2013 X4, 2015 First class 2, 2017 X5. That seems like it would confuse a lot of the audience... If I am wrong, great but it sounds dangerous.
I love Moviewebs censorship. Desp*cable Me, Hitchc*ck. Stupid algorithm.
My all time favorite twisted Christmas movie. Can't wait to see this!

@K-Man With the divorce I highly doubt that she wants to be over there with him. My money on "being away from his family" is really his kid since divorce is incredibly hard for kids and (please correct me if I am wrong) but I think his kid is really young too which makes it even harder.

Over all I respect his decision and respect him for making it. He's been trying to get a blockbuster type movie for years. Let's hope this doesn't kill that dream.

Also I agree This movie is now doomed...rushing a movie into production and Fox mix like oil and water.
It was a good movie. I liked it, but it wasn't THAT good. The cinematography was annoying at times and it dragged in others. Over all a good movie. That being said it didn't deserve best picture and 100% did not deserve best director. I would have been OK if Fincher won best director and TKS won best pic. Hooper did nothing new or interesting while directing TKS and if he did no one's heard about it. Fincher on the other hand threw out the rule book and made "The facebook movie" (which could have been a joke) one that people actual noticed and enjoyed.

Both Matrix Sequel are underrated. Granted not as good as the first, but they don't deserve nearly as much hate as they get.

V For Vendetta, it's such a cool movie and it's sad that it's so easily forgotten.

Lord of War is probably my most underrated movie. I love the story on screen and the story of getting the movie made. The acting is good and I love the characters.

I love how it says "no director has been attached" but then immediately after it says "The film is directed by Sam Mendes".
