Aside maybe from something involving 3D, what could they possibly do that they couldn't be done in one of their television or direct-to-video episodes? There is no plot, story, or subject that you can only do theatrically. Sounds like Seth is full of pretentious B.S.

Goodman is not playing a "powerful new professor" he is playing the vice dean of Greendale's school of air-conditioning repair. Get your facts straight.

"the first big-screen Pooh adventure from Disney animation in more than 35 years."

I guess you're not counting The Tigger Movie (2000), Piglet's Big Movie (2003), and Pooh's Heffalump Movie (2005) - all of which were big-screen Pooh adventures from Disney.
@jptheredskull The BBC version of The Office ended 8 years ago....so Ricky is not busy doing anything with that.
Firstly, this is not coming from Pixar. This is being produced by DisneyToon Studios. So I don't understand the comments about Pixar getting off track with this..."Planes" isn't coming from that studio!

Secondly, the article says this is a direct-to-DVD project, yet then concludes saying "Planes comes to theaters in 2013." Is it theaters or home video?
I like how the article says Chapman is no longer the director, but the final sentence of the article says "The film is directed by Brenda Chapman."

I love how the article says "the film clearly isn't in development" in the second paragraph and then the very next paragraph starts with "Anchorman 2 is in development"...So which is it, movieweb? Is it in development or not?

Goosebumps comes to theaters in 2010?!? Wow, that's fast - how are they going to write a screenplay, cast, film, edit, and distribute a film in less than 3 months?
