I have no idea what actors were in it, all I know is that it came out in the late 80s possibly the very early 90s.

I personally have to go with The Hobbit. The Dark Knight Rises will probably come in second.

It's about a boy who grew up loving water and would spend lots of time underwater and it got to the point where he could stay under water for really long periods of time. He met a girl and they became friends and I think they might have fallen in love but he ended up getting to the point where he couldn't stay out of water for very long cuz his skin would start cracking and bleeding and stuff.

I haven't seen it but my sister did and she can't remember the name. She saw it when she was about 10. Does anyone have any idea what movie it is?
