OK...Back to the point in hand. Lets talk about the third film (if they do one!!)....what do you think about recasting the joker?

I personally think that Daniel Day Lewis is the best person for the job. He will make the role his own and not try to out do Heath which is what I think everyone is scared of. I also think that Heath would be happy to know that the role had be continued and the creature that he created could live on.

How about two-face? Will he be back.......??

jr, why bullsh*t.....you haven't seen it otherwise you would know it is true. (apologies to DB for not believing it yesterday but it has been confirmed). I'm a little pissed at how it has ended...what does everyone think will happen with the Joker now? I think they should have left 2face open for a little while longer...he could have been quite interesting if he was the main focus in the third film.

I find the fact that 2face dies a little hard to believe....why would they bother only introducing this character for the last 45 mins of the movie when he can be explored further. I can see some truth in these spoilers but some are very far fetched!!!

Johnny Depp would be amazing!! This could be a long shot because he's very stereotyped by Robin Williams (the darker side version) could be interesting? He was good as a dark twisted character in one hour photo and insomnia? Quite disturbing actually?

It says in the interview with Aaron Eckhart that TwoFace is like a vigilante: "Harvey Dent has an extremely strong sense of justice. His fiancée is killed. He's horribly injured. But he is still true to himself. He's a crime fighter, he's not killing good people. He's not a bad guy, not purely."

Maybe he helps dislodge the Joker as well as Batman? And then perhaps he turns on Batman?? That would explain how he becomes the main villain?...

no I doubt it, nolan hates the penguin character, it will most likely be the riddler. It gives them something to really play with. All of the villains in the new series are more likely to be around in reality. the penguin is way too fictitious!

about 2 minutes into the trailer you can see harvey dent in a car with a gun, if you pause it you can see the scarred/burned side along the edge of his face!!

So gutted that Heath has gone because the third film with two face and the joker would have been immense!!

It has to be the Riddler insead!! The other villains are too childish....
