Happy to hear it will be a restart to the series, The Superman story always had potential to mak great movies, but it just hasnt happened, Superman Returns was decent, but there were so many inconsistencies (sp) that it made it hard to think of it as a sequel or a stand alone. To be honest, my favorite non comic version of the superman story was the Lois and Clark tv show(except when H.G Wells came in). The personal struggles, Lex Luthor being a bent business man, etc. I would also like to see them start bringing in different bad guys. Sick of Lex, although he is important.

I agree, I buy alot of movies, and I have a full hdtv, but i only buy certain ones on blu-ray such as my favorites, and ones with great visuals, but thats it. If the prices were lowered, i would start buying all my movies on BD. Im not gonna spend 30 bucks on Superbad though, when i can get it for 14.99 on DVD. there are spectacular visuals ina movie like that, so i dont care. lower the prices, and maybe do what HD DVD was doing, and sell the movie with both a BD and a dvd in one package, that would probably sell well for people who dont have a BD player, but plan on getting one sometime in the future.
